You are helping us all so much. God bless you and your sweet family. Please don't be embarrassed for showing emotion over this horrible virus and stressful time the whole earth is sharing... Many people have died. Yes, this is a very trying time for us all. Your stories truly do help. My personal story is that my husband is in Hospice. He is dieing from Pulmonary Fibrosis as a result from serving in Vietnam and exposure to agent orange. So our days are all very much the same, just fewer guests now. So anyway, I get very stressed and often go in to TH-cam and find you at bedtime, whatever that time may be. I listen to your friendly Irish voice till I'm able to fall asleep. Thank you SO MUCH !
Hello Marian. Can I tell you how much your comment moved me? I'm very sorry to hear about your husband's illness. And I am saddened to hear of your understandable stress. I wish you the very best and am glad that Live Irish Myths is able to help you in some way through this time of hardship. You and your husband are in my thoughts and I'm sure those of the whole tuath during this difficult time for you both. Grá mór as Éirinn daoibh.
People should not complain, lol, that's funny. You can learn a lot by listening. If someone doesn't want to hear the hellos, they can move ahead with a touch of a finger on the timeline at bottom if picture. Thank you Anthony for all you do and thank you to your family too for sharing you with us all.
Yes, but move to WHERE, exactly? Without missing any info... that's what a "timestamp" is for... its OKAY, for people to not have the time to listen to "hellos" for OVER 20 minutes, but still be interested in this video. I don't see it as "complaining" to request a timestamp for when the topic starts to get discussed [in the description]...
You're okay, it's alright.. you are the best storyteller I have ever heard, and the gentliest Bard .. But I'm only up to episode 9.. so scuse me I'm off down the list. Thank you for doing this. It's a lovely way to learn my history.. cheery.. and a thousand thanks.
I just found you on TH-cam Anthony. I am so pleased & laughing. Read the Toyn during a very stressful time of my life in 2006. I needed a warrior queen goddess & Medb was there. In 2007 husband & I made it to southwestern Ireland where we hiked to the cairn near Knocknarea. I'll be searching your archives & chiming in when I can. Thank you! This is part of my 2021 resolution to myself. To learn even more about Ireland. A little Gaelic would be helpful as well.
Hi Dorothy. Welcome to the channel! I hope you greatly enjoy it. If you're on Facebook look up Mythical Ireland and the Mythical Ireland Community too. Don't forget the website at www.mythicalireland.com. Happy New Year!
Will you please also do history story on King Oberon and Queen Titania and allow access to documentation of Queen Mebd and Queen Titania/King Oberon from before the time of William Shakespeare? I work with the Fair Folk they are my family. I get kicked out if many groups because they believe these Deities are fake. I give you blessings of the Sidhe/Sìth and gentle blessings if Faerie luck. Thank you for this good sir.
@@mythicalireland fantastic , I have lots to catch up in mean time. thanks for sharing these stories absent from my youth , I'm loving them greatly. Go raibh Maith agat
So I found this video to research, and had to wait OVER 20 minutes, to hear about the queen... possibly, start to "timestamp" so people can jump to the actual topic, rather than all the people saying hello [for 20 minutes] in the beginning... Just a thought? Thank you for the info I've received, though. 🌛🌝🌜

Sorry I missed the live ... watching the playback, GRMA 👍🏻
Skipd past the hellos and at 57 mins in your still saying hello its like the late late 😆
That's live TV for ya! 😉😄😄😄
Yes... my only "complaint", per sé...
Do you think Shakespeare's Queen Mab in Romeo and Juliet has its origins in Queen Maebh? Just a thought!
the first 34 minutes was gossip . Live Irish Myths episode 51: Queen Medb?
The whole covid thing has been woeful but also brought to
mind things like....who was the last Irish queen? What did our crowns look like? etc
Will you please also do history story on King Oberon and Queen Titania and allow access to documentation of Queen Mebd and Queen Titania/King Oberon from before the time of William Shakespeare?

Loving these Anthony, I was wondering have you done an episode on Macha?
Not yet. But I will do an episode about her.
