The pinnacle of adulting for me was when I went to the DMV and had all the correct documents to complete my transaction ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT. God that was a sweet day.

That was me yesterday! The feeling of triumph.
It took me so long to try and get a new license when I moved to a new state. I finally went to a different DMV an hour away that had really good reviews and got it quickly with the same documents the other DMV had turned down. AND they were friendly... which, in my experience, the friendliness is even rarer and, not gonna lie, might have made my eyes a little misty at the time.
Big Win!
Had to renew drivers license during lockdown……wheeee!

One of my favorite adulthood W's is remembering to cancel free trials the day before they charge me. Finding an Aldi quarter like that would be a game-changer though.

When you go to the doctor or mechanic and they say there is nothing further to worry about, and they'll be no additional charges.
The feeling of having all the ingredients for a recipe you want to try is UNMATCHED

Oooo...Traffic lights, working discount codes, already having everything you need for a recipe, having an extra roll handy, early packages, you guys are making me giddy....😜🤪 and the perfect parking spot actually happened to me this morning!
My kids make so much fun of me when I consider some of these things wins. But you gotta find joy in the little things in life! I feel invincible when I hit multiple green lights in a row! 👏🏻🤣

The best is when someone at Aldi hands you their empty cart instead of returning it and you go to give them your quarter and they say nah keep it. One time I ended up with 2 extra quarters. That happened before I went in and then upon returning cart someone didn't bother to remove the quarter from the cart they returned. Not gonna lie It felt awesome.
I leave my quarter in the Aldiz cart just to make someone's day.

I had 2 cars cut me off on the way to the taco bell drive through where there was already a huge line of cars. Well I parked my car and picked up my food using the mobile app and walked out 1 minute later. I can't tell you how many eyes I felt burning into my back and how triumphant I felt 😎

The ALDI quarter 😂 I was at a party over the weekend and me and someone else were getting psyched talking about how much we love shopping at Aldi. 😂 That's how I know I'm getting old, when you have a favorite grocery store AND other people are excited to have it in common with you.
We have no Aldi stores in Oregon, so that was unrelatable to me. Around here, it's Trader Joe's. : )
