Doug Burgum actually came off really well. He seems very underrated. Nicky Haley and Tim Scott are completely embarrassing and need to drop out to save face. Vevink is essentially a younger more well spoken trump. DeSantis came off pretty well. Chris KrispyCream and Mike Pez dispenser have no business running for president.
I'm a moderate who typically votes democrat. I think it's clear that the best chance for America, and as demonstrated in this debate, is Nikki Haley. She's the only one who could legitimately beat Biden, and would provide the best path forward for our country. It sickens me that so much attention is being provided to Trump and Biden for doing nothing.
We need a debate between Haley, DeSantis, Ramaswamy, Scott, and Trump (if he wants to debate). The others are polling very low and just take up too much time and the idea of having to get through dozens and dozens of questions is ridiculous. We should be spending 15-30 minutes having deep policy discussions on a couple of topics like the economy, foreign policy, immigration, and crime. Let them debate each other, only one moderator should guide the discussion, no audience, just candidates discussing policy.

One problem with this particular debate (and perhaps with the first one, too) is that it seems like there’s are too many issues being addressed. I can see that the candidates are frustrated that they don’t have enough time to say everything they want to say, and that the moderators are frustrated that they’re not able to move through all the questions on the evening’s agenda. Maybe we need to have separate debates focused on fewer issues per debate?
Completely agree. With this many candidates and only an hour and a half max of time, they realistically should discuss like 3 topics in depth. Let every candidate answer and give them time to respond, so they won’t need to resort to going way over and interrupting.

Moderators were dreadful: the ex-Bush administration RINO is always nervous and mis-cast as a FOX broadcaster, Stuart was unusually error prone and off his game and the UNIVISION lady was tiresome with the illegal alien advocacy or other liberal tripe.

I'd like to acknowledge a meta-problem with the debate system itself; the only reason these candidates are cut off after a minute and given only a mere 30 seconds to rebuttle not only give way to constant interruptions but is only a rule due to our lack of attention span regarding the most important issues of our day. If we could as a society care more about our country, these debates would be MUCH longer and each candidate would be given multiple minutes to answer each and every question, not just a couple per candidate that seem to be arbitrarily targeted

Doug Burgum actually came off really well. He seems very underrated. Nicky Haley and Tim Scott are completely embarrassing and need to drop out to save face. Vevink is essentially a younger more well spoken trump. DeSantis came off pretty well. Chris KrispyCream and Mike Pez dispenser have no business running for president.

I'm a moderate who typically votes democrat. I think it's clear that the best chance for America, and as demonstrated in this debate, is Nikki Haley. She's the only one who could legitimately beat Biden, and would provide the best path forward for our country. It sickens me that so much attention is being provided to Trump and Biden for doing nothing.
As an Independent who leans center right on economic and social issues, I prefer Nikki Haley and Doug Burgum, over everyone on this stage.
We need a debate between Haley, DeSantis, Ramaswamy, Scott, and Trump (if he wants to debate). The others are polling very low and just take up too much time and the idea of having to get through dozens and dozens of questions is ridiculous. We should be spending 15-30 minutes having deep policy discussions on a couple of topics like the economy, foreign policy, immigration, and crime. Let them debate each other, only one moderator should guide the discussion, no audience, just candidates discussing policy.
How about we also add another hour to the debate.

One problem with this particular debate (and perhaps with the first one, too) is that it seems like there’s are too many issues being addressed. I can see that the candidates are frustrated that they don’t have enough time to say everything they want to say, and that the moderators are frustrated that they’re not able to move through all the questions on the evening’s agenda. Maybe we need to have separate debates focused on fewer issues per debate?
Completely agree. With this many candidates and only an hour and a half max of time, they realistically should discuss like 3 topics in depth. Let every candidate answer and give them time to respond, so they won’t need to resort to going way over and interrupting.

I'd like to acknowledge a meta-problem with the debate system itself; the only reason these candidates are cut off after a minute and given only a mere 30 seconds to rebuttle not only give way to constant interruptions but is only a rule due to our lack of attention span regarding the most important issues of our day.
If we could as a society care more about our country, these debates would be MUCH longer and each candidate would be given multiple minutes to answer each and every question, not just a couple per candidate that seem to be arbitrarily targeted

People who personally know him outside of politics says he's a pretty awkward guy (which is why his wife helps him out with talking a lot ((Super cute))) But he works his ass off. He's more of a doer than a talker and he's the only candidate that is like that. The man would be a beast of a president and unlike many politicians, he is a rare gem and lots of people who personally know him say how much he freaking cares about this country. Every man who has served should be just like that. Officer Tatum brought on a man who knows him personally and he's got nothing but great things to say about Mr. DeSantis. I am getting behind Ron for our next president 100%.

Ron is too narrowly focused to be electable by primarily focusing on “woke and soros”…which can work wonders in a single state, but most people couldn’t give a shit in their day to day (most ppl reside where they ideologically align anyway)
Vivek is far too aggressive and comically extreme (his take on the 14th and birthright citizenship and solution to the mental health crisis)…if you don’t already agree with him, he’s gonna have a hard time changing minds.
Trump is more politically and economically conservative…and just socially liberal where it counts. It’s why he’s leading compared to Ron and Vivek…not to mention his ability to make deals is useful (in many, but not all circumstances)…it helps pull people in and shows an openness to change or stand his ground where it counts. You don’t get that with Ron or Vivek
I respect and admire all the candidates despite any differences but I wanted to thank you for uploading the whole debates without any know-it-all nobodies commenting on it. Thank you so much!
