Scheppach HBS-32 vario Bandsäge mit Pegas Feinschnittbandsägeblatt Feinschnitt-Bandsäge

Ich möchte euch in diesem Video den Umbau meiner Scheppach HBS-32 vario Bandsäge auf ein Feinschnittbandsägeblatt der Firma Pegas vorstellen. Ich habe den Umbau leider nicht dokumentiert, aber anhand dem Video lassen sich die Veränderungen an der Maschine gut nachvollziehen. Zum einen wollte ich nicht noch eine Säge in meiner Werkstatt haben und zum anderen bin ich mit der Scheppach sehr zufrieden, robuste Maschine, stufenlos einstellbare Geschwindigkeit und Ersatzteile immer noch verfügbar (sofern benötigt). Ich habe auf der Holzhandwerkmesse in Nürnberg die Pégas Feinschnitt-Bandsäge SRP-14CE probe gesägt und war begeistert von den Sägeblättern und der Sägeblattführung. Von der Verarbeitung der Maschine selbst war ich aber etwas enttäuscht, was aber über die Funktion dieser Maschine nichts aussagt. Für mich blieb die Scheppach letztlich die bessere und kostengünstigere Wahl da ich diese nur noch umbauen musste. Die Möglichkeiten mit dieser Feinschnittbandsäge sind vermutlich noch lange nicht ausgereizt und es macht immer wieder Spaß die Maschine einzusetzen.

Unfortunately, I did not document the conversion, but the changes to the machine can be easily understood from the video. On the one hand I didn't want to have another saw in my workshop and on the other hand I am very satisfied with the Scheppach, robust machine, infinitely variable speed and spare parts still available (if needed). I tested the Pégas fine-cut band saw SRP-14CE at the Holzhandwerk fair in Nuremberg and was impressed by the saw blades and the saw blade guide. I was a bit disappointed with the processing of the machine itself, but that says nothing about the function of this machine. For me, the Scheppach ultimately remained the better and more cost-effective choice because I only had to convert it. The possibilities with this fine-cut band saw are probably far from exhausted and it is always fun to use the machine.
