Kudos to the team👏👏 No wonder this series was ahead of its time with perfect portraying today's society scenario about divorce and alimony cases with humour 👏👏 Evergreen favorite show❤️
Is it just me.. Who never saw this gem show in childhood but discoverd it lately in lockdown nd got obsessed with it, I feel like I've been seeing this show since forever.. Class apart
@@ramolapereira9537 actually no. I have a hotstar subscription where I can watch it too. I just pointed it out for them to know and help people who are confused. IDK why you people are replying.
Probably this clip from 12:26 to 14:20 which shows the alimony and settlement conversations has become a harsh reality of so called marriage system of our country where a man is stripped of whatever he has for himself. The situation has become so worse that a man = ATM. Being a family law lawyer for sometime now at times i feel what wrong have indian man done to deserve these biased laws. From false allegations against family members to the ultra liberal maintainance laws, the system is so heavily tilted towards women that at times i feel its a crime being man in india. Anyone who still mistakenly feels that india is a patriarchal society should someday local district court more so the family court and the magesterial court where trial of domestic violence case and dowry case take place you will know the reality for yourself
So a man got triggered 😂😂 Indian men anyways don't believe in equality, do they? So why cry now. You guys are the flag bearer of Patriarchy. So suffer.
Indian men and his family torture women during their marriage span, so it's just the consequences of that. It's only fair. Law is not stupid you know. They know the reality of Indian men anyways.
What ...the men dominant them in every sect of life n even if they r not compatible...domestic violence n dowry .. recently a woman after having a daughter with her husband committed suicide because her husband used to have n number of sexual encounters
@@ShammaNayakAccording to NCRB data, more than 70% of suicides are committed by men, mostly married. Matrimonial laws are completely biased against men. Domestic Violence Act and Dowry Prohibition Act are women centric laws i.e., men cannot be victims under it. When men commit adultery, they have to PAY alimony, maintenance and give the child custody to the wife. When wives commit adultery, they still GET get alimony, maintenance and child custody, if the adultery "occasional". A wife has right over her husband's property but a husband has no right over wife's property at the time of asset distribution. The hypothetical divorce conversation between Maya and Indravadan simple shows the reality of divorces today where men are always in a heavy legal disadvantage. Wives have been given absolute power by our Indian State.
You need Maya's level of self-confidence to call your own husband a pervert in front of so many people😂 She is the BOSS😊
