I'm usually pretty good at getting into a car when the keys are inside -- but I'd never tried a van till today, when I locked my keys inside my band's 2002 safari. Spent 40 minutes before work, and 20 minutes after work, on top of a ladder even. I don't have the tools you do, and I feel without that awesome 1/4" metal unlocker, it can be done (usually I use an engine prop, that's always clutch to have), but -- wow. You made that easy. My guitarist's wife is on her way with the spare key heh, but I still thought I'd look it up in case it happens again. Gonna get me some tools. Do you have an Amazon affiliate link or anything so you get a cut when I order?
Thanks for posting. I read the other comments about how hard it is working with car clubs and shit. Maybe you can do some more of this while you figure shit out.

I am just about out of business myself. These clubs just don't care about a fair wage. With operating cost tripling and them absolutely refusing to up the rates, I'm looking for other opportunities as we speak. I've been in business fifteen years, and I have had it. I refuse to work for most car clubs. So I'm dying. All I can say is look beyond this industry. Plus it's only got five years left before it really isn't worth it. How can you make a living doing roadside when electric cars don't need a fuel delivery, a jump or unlocked? Most don't have a spare either. Look beyond my guy. Windshield replacement, dent repair, roof washing. Anything else.

@@roadsideguy5902 I went in thinking 24 hour roadside would be my main source of income becoming so engaged in this industry and forgetting about my other services. Two broken down cars later and a ridiculous insurance renewal quote I enjoyed helping people but it’s just not worth it anymore haven’t been profitable in over two years and these clubs sabotage you for not taking all the calls
My last resort is mobile detailing

I always record for my safety and the customers. It's the only way to beat a damage claim or false claim of any sort. I only post how-to videos on certain vehicles at certain times with certain customers. I do ask permission to post, although I don't need anyone's approval. I do, however, respect my customers, wishes when they say no to posting it on TH-cam. I have had so many Lamborghini and Ferrari videos I could have made, or nasty ass roach infested Crown Vic videos. I respect my customers and only post as I should. Thanks for asking.
