      4600: Stock class
      Stock OEM Frame
      Factory Engine
      Factory Transmission
      35” DOT approved tires
      Single 2.5 inch diameter shocks per corner
      Mechanical Steering
      I’m sorry you don’t understand what means…but yes the vehicle is very stock other than safety equipment.

    • @mpeugeot
      @mpeugeot 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@rossomeness3549stop with the BS. That frame is no where near stock with all the additional stiffness from the cage. The whole truck front of the firewall is fully reinforced. I am willing to bet that the engine and transmission calibrations are NOT factory and that I couldn't buy them if I wanted. How much power is that engine putting out? I don't remember any Bronco coming with portals from the factory or those shocks, but that's a close to stock suspension? Right. If the steering is "mechanical" it certainly is not the weak ass steering rack that came stock in every Outerbanks Bronco from 2021-2023. I am also quite sure that my factory tie rods aren't double sheer like the ones on the 4600 truck. Ford didn't spend a year and a half putting together a "stock" Bronco... This has almost nothing in common with my factory 2021 or 2023 Bronco Outer Banks other than the grill. The steering wheel is not even stock... I am sure that it meets the regulations for a 4600 class, but suggesting that this is anything near stock is a complete joke.

    • @rossomeness3549
      @rossomeness3549 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@mpeugeot i’m guessing you think stock car racing meant stock 🤣🤣🤣 stock suspension means stock “style” and mounting points. The requirement is a stock engine and trans, no different than the factory coyote class in NMRA, tuning is allowed, but it’s sealed engine. Somehow, a vehicle you can’t afford has hurt your feelings and you feel obligated to whine about it online, grow up!

    • @mpeugeot
      @mpeugeot 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Oh please... The only thing that might be stock is the mounting locations. It's not about whether it's affordable, it's about how "close" this is to stock. It's not. I am not whining, I am pointing out facts. You are the one who is butthurt because you are wrong. Just get over it.

    • @rossomeness3549

      The Portal part is what makes me scratch my head for "Stock configuration" On an H1 or a Unimog then yeah. Last time I check you cannot get that on the Bronco from the factory than that is just it. The rest is just Ford tossing money at the build. • @VaughnGittinJr
      @VaughnGittinJr  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@VaughnGittinJr Mad respect for you. Love your drifting shows! I am sure you already know why some are not impressed by Fords approach. Yes Jeep did a single Gladiator build a few years back but when 30% of the field is identically built factory clean Broncos hiring pro divers like yourself feel like buying the win. This is pretty much the same approach most race teams or sports work. US buys gold medals in the summer Olympics the same way. The only stock component on the suspension and drivetrain below the transfer case is the front diff? The rest is aftermarket and that is totally normal for all rigs. I understand that. He is not ignorant, just expressing the impression a lot of people watching have.

    • @trashypantsyota
      @trashypantsyota 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @jack cavallotto Well maybe not perfectly spot on since it was ford and sponsors picking up most of the bill I'd imagine.
      I get it but those rigs are still far and away outside of the spirit of the class. How much do the portal boxes cost? I'd wager more than the guys in leaf sprung 4 cylinder toyotas have in their whole build...
      I'd also wager every part of those broncos has been torn down and rebuilt purposefully for racing. I doubt they have $75k pro level wiring harnesses but I bet they ain't show room stock either. The semi trucks of support and men & women to work out of them plus all the pay for employees, food, travel etc. I'd say there is $200k into each bronco EASILY to make this farce happen.
      Enjoy the trophy Vaughn. At least in drifting you're on even playing fields. You aren't entering a pro drift car into a lower Daily Drifter class just to thump your chest.
