If I worked for years under the assumption of a pay package that was agreed to by everyone and if I did what I said I’d do in which he did, then I’d dissolve the company and sell the assets and get the money owed to me, do you think if you screwed me on pay that I’d work more years for another pay package that you’ve already indicted you won’t honor and as a share holder, if you don’t honor the pay package, many will sell their shares because Tesla will die, who would by a car or anything from a company that don’t honor contracts

It's amazing how shortsighted these people are. They have a lot of money and they're only concerned about how much money has been made recently. Nvidia has far outperformed Tesla, and their CEO hasn't asked for anything like this compensation. Nor did Gates, Jobs, etc.
@@Capital_Ideas1 That's the point you genius. It baffles me how many people like you are so misinformed. Musk asked for literally zero pay back in 2018 when the compensation plan was drafted by the board. He said "pay me only in stock options and only if the company performs for the shareholders" which it did. The goal was perfectly aligned to benefit both the shareholders and himself over the long term. The stock is still up 800+% from 2018 at a time when most people thought Tesla was going bankrupt. He 100% deserves his pay!

From $37K to $65K that's the minimum range of profit return every month I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.

You are certainly right! Just a perspective of a customer. I bought many used cars. I don’t recall any manufacturers getting a single dollar from me. I don’t really see Tesla as much of a force without Elon.
But what I do I know. I still have purchased more Iphones from Steve Jobs than I have from Tim Cook and Apple stock has done just fine lol
Tesla has a contractual agreement based on specific goals with Elon, in which he met. Gerber is butt hurt because Musk correctly called Gerber a moron.

The conflict of interest with the corrupt Tesla Board and Elon will still be the issue with the courts which needs to still be address. If the shareholder decides to put newer board member I pretty sure Elon would also walk. We will all find out that Elon may be the greatest con artist of this era.
