Jolene, I actually enjoy this format better...just working and getting back to the basics of what the other channel was that made me want to watch it. And, ✌️back at ya'll!
At first thought the roof chop was a mistake. Before the A pillars, it looked good, surprised me. However, the awkward lean angle of the new A pillars I feel are just so wrong. A cut between the A and B pillars along the roof would have been simpler and looks more refined. however, Chad's car. This seems an exercise in just being different to others done over the years, not sure that works.
Gday..l have been a supporter since day dot, not sure if l am ignored or youtube doing there sneaky " Hide comment" crap, but with that and me being on last legs, and.. being an Aussie with many ideas l can't do, in same area..have some ideas that can make people filthy rich, but anything positive is not noticed..only negative seems to be noticed..and l got ideas that could make you all filthy rich, ahh well..thats life
Joeline the rear drums are the spot on size they 2.5 inch wide 10. So wheel fit and not to big they lock up and skid the car only 2000.lbs gets have fun pine tar
It was said that these videos are now being used for student references ,depicting the many bad choices, practices ,and shortcuts that should never be considered.; The display for lack of safety for oneself and others. Rear quarter windows came out great! But the top of the windshield frame looks like it has a slight “v” in it, and the bottom appears to be straight across, unless I’m mistaken. That will not let the glass lay in the same plane. Unless Chad is putting plexiglass in it, and I hope not!
Thanks Jolene for the bonus video things are definitely progressing! Now you just need for the team to keep their eyes and eyes open to find another good rear end for the Hot Wheels car!
I like these bonus episodes a lot more because Chad isn't continually double or triple explaining his motives and methods - its always like he is making excuses, which he shouldn't have to do, JUST DO IT your way Chad and less talking please. Thank you
Life is short - working 6-7 days a week as you age you will look back and regret not taking the time to enjoy free time - chasing the dollar is not what its all about .
......................... Good grief, Jolene ..................... after watching that guy on the drum brakes for a minute ......... I could probably assemble mine all by myself !!!!!!!!!!!!! Love ya !!!!!!!!!!! Good job, Jolene !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
nate, they make a screwdriver handle type tool for putting on those brake shoe retainer end caps. work much better than channel locks. bought mine in 1970 when i was 16 yrs old.
I am glad Chad did not get carried away with the chop. They have a tool for putting in that spring and cap to hold the shoe. Lucky he did not have to go looking for that spring cap. Using vise grips to pull that spring can cause a failure later since the jaws cut notches in the wire.😢
I would paint an 01 on the doors and just keep it like it is (bare welds and all ) then dress up the engine to the nines. The contrast would be phenomenal.
Great camera work Jolene. Ask Chad if the dents in the roof when knocked out heat could be used by heating a spot then tapping with a hammer in a circle chasing the extra metal until all the extra metal was in the middle then heat that and tap that flat. I was told that is called heat shrinking
Chad you are definitely leaning towards the abstract artist it's looking good I don't think Picasso could have done a better job well maybe but I never heard about him running a welder either😂
I love watching Nate work his magic
Ya just wish he would do it correctly like leaving self adjusters out nothing there to keep adjuster fron turning .
Nothing like three guys doing what they love!
Nate and the Dougster are in the House, Oh yeah!!🤘🤘
I love this extra footage of just un-narrated work. I love the regular stuff with Chad narrating too, but this is a great contrast.
Great not having to listen to the usual blah blah blah know it all...
Rear quarter windows looking good!
Thank you so much for these great bonus episodes. 😎✌
The cutting of the roof seems to me to have been done perfectly, it looks beautiful
Let’s see the two you ripping around in Vette on date night or something would be a nice addition to your content etc !
Great extra coverage
There is a special tool for that Nate.
LOOKING GOOD U 2!
Thats a badass 😎 right there nate ..a pop can and a 351 and a welder...he's build you a hot rod
Nat = master mechanic.....🔥🔥❤️👍🏽💯
Jolene, I actually enjoy this format better...just working and getting back to the basics of what the other channel was that made me want to watch it. And, ✌️back at ya'll!
Bad Chad = talented fabricator.......🔥🔥❤️👍🏽💯
If your spring perches are in front, or behind the axel, the compesssed spring allows lower ride height with greater spring travel
I have to say even though we will never ever never ever ever see this coupe run and drive ever it’s not a bad chop,
Forever never
Where are the rear shock absorbers. Or do you want it to be a bouncer?
Awesome, Thanks

Gotta luv those Daisy Dukes.....
just curious on the rear springs , are you going to put some gussets , i Love this build it's firing on all 8 cylinders !!
Nate can't bring every tool he owns with him every time he goes to a job,get real!
I dig the rack on the Fri t window
Looks good
Dont hear self adjuster clicking. Nate
What happened to the sway bar they made? How is the rear end centered without one?
He fks up everything
No core charge on the rear brake shoes?

Nate good macanic
14 minutes in , lower brake spring fitted incorrectly . cheers
Bonus vids are better in my opinion less talking more action/working😊

Did you put the short shoe on the front? It doesn't look like it.
big shoe is in back look again
What about the 40 and 50 ford
Leave it to you to fk up a nice coupe what a shame
Why can't I find your TH-cam channel ???
Bad Chad Keep up the good work you know how to get S**T done. You’re also a great fabricator. Which I had 1/2 or your skills.

Well you can just fuck right off and go back to playing with ya marbles ..
Bad Chad, Queen Jolene, Nate the Wizard, and Dougals the Do'er - WHAT A TEAM!!!!! Looking good!!!!!!
the chopped top is going to look great with the little bigger front window.
Thanks Jolene for the bonus video things are definitely progressing! Now you just need for the team to keep their eyes and eyes open to find another good rear end for the Hot Wheels car!

He makes drum brake look easy! And the chop looks like it is going well. Cool car
This things looking bad ass!!!
That car looks 100 times better keep up the awesome work
It's hard to watch a guy work on brakes without the proper tools!!!!!
Yeah, channel locks and vice grips are pretty crude.
Peace ✌️ the best camera 🎥 work on earth amazing never missed a thing perfect
Nate, your making me nervous, with that brake pad containent spring.
I enjoy the bonus episodes because I can't get enough
Thanks to everyone for the bonus video. God bless and have a blessed night
What also about the Hudson
ok its coming along real nice
Life is short - working 6-7 days a week as you age you will look back and regret not taking the time to enjoy free time - chasing the dollar is not what its all about .

......................... Good grief, Jolene ..................... after watching that guy on the drum brakes for a minute ......... I could probably assemble mine all by myself !!!!!!!!!!!!! Love ya !!!!!!!!!!! Good job, Jolene !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I like the quiet , with no narration.Jolene you Need a mute button for when the grinder fires up
🛠️💥🛠️💥🛠️🐿️🌺
There is a special tool for that too Nate.
Douglas = Jack of all trades.....🔥🔥❤️👍🏽💯
But I do not think he's an artist like Chad is.
What about the drag link for side to side
I think that looks cool with the welds on the top showing 😬
Nice to see the supplied pink springs for the rear brakes. Modern shoes are way better.
Doesn't the heat shrink the leather
When are you going to mount the sharks
Keep up the good work love it from us in Melbourne Australia
this thing is looking nice - can't wait to see the final concept...

Why not put self adjusters back on brakes just wondering
I would paint an 01 on the doors and just keep it like it is (bare welds and all ) then dress up the engine to the nines. The contrast would be phenomenal.
What I'd be interested in seeing is some of your stuff Joelene a read somewhere yo do interior design or something like that
Jolene you are the best with all the video work great work. And must say a good welder also. 😊

One of the best teams on TH-cam!!!!!!!
Every chop way to low I would never be able to drive this
But it isn't being built for you 😁
Please get Nate some brake tools eeeeeeeeeeeeeee

What a great looking set of A pillars amazing mind you have Chad and Hi 5's to all the other's on the team so great to see this attitude love it
☮
I'm liking the big windshield way better driving visibility for sure.
👍👍👍👍
Great vid Jo, love them all but Chad should never apologise for his narration of these documentaries. You all are a great team. JOE

I like the idea of the larger front window on the chop... the concept seemed appropriate to me with the rot that was present. Excellent job!
When are you guys gonna get some land and build a big shop and a nice house You guys deserve it
It’s coming alive looks great love the front windshield
Good video🫡
Thank you Sir. So far i have leaned alot on this build!
The window frame is perfect good vision
