The debt to the players is “ dentful “ to the image of the players! This is supreme shame to the football crew of the NFF! This has affected the teams performance! No wonder!
These present crop of NFF board and management has to be the most corrupt in the history of Nigerian Football. These guys takes incompetency corruption and mismanagement to stratospberic levels. Pathetic indeed.
It's not like they have been playing stellar high level football until now. I wonder, don't they get paid by their clubs? Why are they hell bent on what the NFF payments when they club pays them that in a week?
@@EaglesTrackerNG yeah but what did the boys expect? The NFF has that track record of not paying players their due, not saying this is to be accepted but it's something that they should have known about and decide whether or not to put on the jersey. They could all say that they don't want to play and then make that point known or better yet fight like hell to get Nigeria to the world cup then make their protest known to the world to embarrass the NFF into compliance like what the falcons did after their world cup run. And I still maintain my original point: Nigeria players (I am referring to the international players by the way) earn way more than what ever the NFF gives them in bonuses, so this should not be something they hold up the entire nation hostage with when world cup qualifiers are on the table. You really think Osimhen and Lookman and pretty much the rest of the roster are really bothered about $20,000.00 bonuses when they make hundreds of thousands every month? No, this is not the time for internal squabbles, they should worry more about getting Nigeria to the world cup, then they can all turn every match into a training game at that point. I only really feel sorry for the local players but they have not had the best track record representing the flag. The NFF itself needs massive reforms but I am only being realistic as to what our current options are. They, the NFF will not change over night, they reflect the sheer corruption plaguing the rest of the federal government today. Every Nigeria player must know this and only ever choose to play for the pride of the country at this point. That is reality. Or do any of you know of any solution to the current problems? And there's the question, does the NFF have the money but not pay it out or do they get funding and waste it all with corruption? Or is it a bit of both? If we don't know the answer to any of these then we can only focus on what we do know; the football itself. So yeah, the players can either play or not play. Good thing is that our international roster can play but they are not entirely motivated, but then again they make their living independent from the NFF's whim so it really shouldn't be an issue for them. It is what it is.
What about home based players? Do they earn more? You are just assuming that all Super Eagles players earn big money when that’s simply not the case. Whether or not it’s always been like this doesn’t make a difference. We cannot be making excuses / justification for things like this.
Why can't all the players stand as one and say they are not playing until they are paid? This is the problem. African men are not united.

How can you owe over 20 matches? What did they do with the money??
They will play and not put their all into the games. And we will be out of the World Cup qualifiers.
Good idea they should boycott the match until they are paid
