I think the reason why Juggernaut mode's surface was empty is because the soldiers all went down to kill the juggernaut but failed and got killed. The last soldier sent the elevator up before being killed by the juggernaut, the juggernaut then roams the Area-51 and then reinforcements (the players) finally came.
I think the reason it is like that is because it happened after storming because the soldiers and killers are not any where to be seen and I think they are looking for The Raiders and Aliens and left some gurads and killers in area 51 i dont know why but the Juggernaut started attacking the soldiers so they got guns and when the left over soldiers find out the bosses are on the Juggernaut side they go in and kill them and that why you have 2 guns in Bosses Rush (And also this can start the killer Revolution because the 3 most over powered killers is 99% the leaders of all the killers + it kinda dumb to have a super big advent in your Story and not adding it in your game)
Adding onto potential reasons for the revolution, I think that the 6 Aliens escaping, may have put the idea of escape out there for killers. Who knows if the sole/last Alien in classic mode was with the other Alien UFO crewmates. Maybe it was and it desired to find them, resulting in the Alien to try & pass on the idea of escape (whenever possible) to other killers. Great video Ash though, so glad you got to fit a timeline into the game to help start thoughts on more lore.
But in the casefile the alien was said to be brainwashed and turned evil why would a brain washed alien pass the idea of escaping to killers also if the killers truly did want to escape why DIDN'T they escape.
Also it couldn't be possible as the alien wasn't with the other aliens maybe the alien was already brainwashed or getting brainwashed after storming or before

Ever heard of the FNAF UCN theory where you play as William afton and you're in hell? Well I kinda got a timeline explanation for that. What if after the area 51 raid you were tracked down and captured later on. The leader was executed due to him being the one who leaded us in the the raid, but seeing how we the participants(player)managed to fight the soldiers off with proper skills they decided to offer us a deal which was that if we helped them fight off the "killers" then we will earn our freedom and act like if nothing ever happened again. Later on after the middle timeline we were on the juggernaut timeline but everything went terribly wrong where we were winning but we lost almost half of our backup. Then comes the endless survival timeline. We play as the fallen one's and are stuck on an almost endless loop serving as our hell/punishment for raiding and killing in area 51 in the first place.
Note:This is based on the "you play as the same raider from the storming gameplay" side. And i haven't said the full story cuz I don't want to write for that long in a comment. How ever I do feel happy sharing a documentary of it when im finished.
Juggernaut mode is the most confusing to me in Story Line xD 1: It could happen after Storming Mode because what if the Juggernaut was the first killer to turn against the Soldiers? You kill him or not, the other killers became just like him and they start attacking the Soldiers 2: It could happen just like you said, after Boss Rush, he is the only "Boss" remaining and he is so mad 3: It could happen before Boss Rush, you defeat him and now the 2 hardest Bosses are waiting for you 4: It could happen at the end, he is the final Boss And 5: It could happen at the beggining, (But for that the Juggernaut is the Alien), because when you enter to the Alien room in Classic Mode, the description of the badge you receive says that he is the first ever creature in Area 51, so in Juggernaut mode you and your friends (Your friends are the Soldiers) try to stop him and then capture him in the room we all know, then you capture the other killers and I don't know why, nobody knows why but they help you and the Soldiers (Then Storming Mode happens) But it doesn't have sense because if he was a super powerful Juggernaut, why would the Alien be weak in the other Game Modes? And some people will say: "He became weak because you and the Soldiers in Juggernaut mode defeated him and captured him in the Alien room" But they captured the Giant Zombie and he stills being strong, at least stronger than the Killers Anyways i'm not saying you are wrong in this video, I liked it and i'm glad someone finally talks about the Time Line, i'm just saying my weird ideas lol
my opinion on the timeline: Storming is first, then killhouse, then killer/classic mode, then juggernaut because they kill the last killer, then kraken boss rush mode because 2 soldiers were sent to check the area, then aberration boss rush mode because aberration wasnt fast enough to leave area 51, then endless survival
Props to you for trying to put the timeline together, because to be honest, i don't even know myself the correct information. But a rewrite is in the works and will make everything logical (hopefully)

I think the reasons that the Killers teamed up with the soldiers in Area-51 Storming mode is that somehow they understand english language and read the paper in the office written by the skeleton, and they started discussing about is the soldiers good or evil and they declared that they're good and decided to help them by somehow telling them that they are now good and wants to help them. And at that point the Storming begans and they started to help the soldiers defend Area-51

How ashcat is right: you see you noob dead in classic and some of the other modes. Possibly the leader and the leader tried to get some killers but he ended up dying from slender-man (he is dead by the door)
The theory i have is that every killer is a robot like tails doll and they were created to protect the soldiers and they all malfunctioned like tails and got dropped off to the underground so they don't kill everyone.
Juggernaut explained (prob) Juggernaut takes place after classic mode, where the soldiers sent there were overrun, hence in juggernaut mode having no soldiers, the reason why its only you and other squadron units only exist, these have 2 explanations: 1. You are the last squad that is left in Area 51 which is tasked to kill the one killer that's the juggernaut (and probably shut down the "cloning" machine to stop sending the killers). 2. You are a squadron sent in to investigate the remains of Area 51, managing to kill all the killers but 1, which leaves only your squad to fight or wait for a Evac. sector 2 Quick explanation, raid area 51 gamemode (I forgor), is taking into place that the killers CPU arent malfunctioning yet, and the 'cloning' machine malfunctioned, giving the killers their past memories, which causes a outrage & and causes both kill house, kill house Is a training room since you ae a special squadron to end the rouge robots, which is why they give you special training and why you unlock more guns when you get more experience, and then classic mode, you are a squadron sent by the captain, to end every killer, robot or human that's rouge, so that sets up classic mode, and then finally, boss fights, okay we're done in Boss fights, juggernaut is probably the last squadron having to kill the one killer that just wont die, or you are a special squadron which also probably gets the kill house gamemode involved here, after killhouse, you buckle up for the mission and head down Area 51, which means killing the last killer, then endless, no radio, no help, no evacuation, just to hold out until the military realizes you've been missing for around (2-6) days, so they send a rescue squad after endless ends, which finally ends the area 51 event. Boss fights i think!! Bossfight is basically end kraken, end a human scientist, bla bla bla!! Okay bye
Juggernaut and Endless Theory The killers followed the soldiers when they escaped. You are actually the raiders back to find more info. You end up finding the king/queen killer in area 51 who was the last killer there. At this time the world is being terrorized by the killers and you were looking to kill the main source of these killers. If you kill the king who is juggernaut, you win and can live in the area forever. Later though after you win, the suface killers tunneled their ways inside to area 51 and started attacking back. The elevator broke because of it not being used so your doomed for eternity
So, here's the lore I thought out of this theory: Area 51, as mentioned in the video, is a place, where secret techonologies are tested. But since people found out about AREA 51, they massively started to come there, and to scare people off, administration decided to create robots, that look like killers from popular creepypastas, to scare people off. Because of nuclear wastes, that they had dumped into sewers, one day, random squid got in these sewers, and mutated. Staff didn't bother getting rid of him, and left him. But then some scientist accidentaly contacted with "HATE", and because of her sentience, she was very dangerous. Staff ended up having to close her in furthest point of Area, where no one could find, and free her. (AREA 51 STORM) After that, a group of people, in which were our main heros, raided Area 51, and no one could stop them, so administration decided to use main, strongest robot, connected to robot-producing machine. But our heroes killed him, and because of that, machine malfunctioned, and robots became aggresive, and so "Killer revolution" happend. (KILLHOUSE) The administration found out about robot invasion, and after checking cameras records, they found out, eho was behind the storm. They find out main heroes, and kidnap them. But instead of killing them, the decide to hire our heroes to work for cleaning out AREA 51, and maybe, if it will be successful, they will free them. Our heroes have no choice, and start training in killhouse (CLASSIC, KILLER MODES, BOSS RUSH) After finishing their training, our heroes come up to AREA 51, and start to clear it out of all the killers. They clear out Abberation, Cracken, other killers. Staff starts returning to AREA51. While heroes were clearing the complex, scientists made a new technology-teleporters, and placed them all over the area. It all seemed good, our heroes were getting closer and closer, to machine, but... (JUGEERNAUT MODE) Killers-robots realised, that heroes have advantage over them, because killers were weak, and so robots decide to make 1 giant robot-Juggernaut. That distracts characters for a while, and after some brain-storming, robots decide to use time to make more robot-building machines. Players take a long time, but finally, they defeat juggernaut. Robots retreat, but not for long. (ENDLESS MODE) Scientists make more gadgets, make traps in case of anything, other things, and looking at how technologies became really cutting-edge, administration decided to finally let soldiers, and staff of area go on a vacation for a week. They leave our heroes to guard the complex for that week, and disable the elevator, so our heroes couldn't escape, and now, the area is empty for some time. Robots notice thwt, and finally, that there are almost no soldiers to help our heroes, they start a full-out attack. Because robots have built many machines to make other killers, they start to come out in extreme amounts out of everywhere. Now, our heroes were trapped, their food supply was stolen, and until help arrives in a week, they have to survive, barricading away from killers. So, end of wave 999 is kinda a time, where week ends, and help finally comes. What about elite Kraken and Abberation? Well, they're just non-canon, that's it.
Ok, so I decided to change this so it's easier to understand, In the checkpoint area(Tails Doll spawn) where you go through the vent so you can open the gate, behind the dead body, is an unopenable door, now I think this door leads to multiple rooms and one of them is abberations door.

Okay so, I kinda made a full version of the lore so hopefully you read it in one breath: Story: “September of 2019, Area 51, Nevada, some soldiers are kinda worried about the “Raid” that is happening. So, some soilders came to plan that could make something…..useful, that were the killers came in, they found horror movies, Creepypastas, and some horror games are just not real, so they started experimenting, they made one by one, making killers. They were a success, they use them to make a army, a group, to keep the Aliens away from the raiders, some days later in September 8th (I think), the raid starts and the raiders (also the leader in the game) go to Area 51, grabbed some guns to defend themselves, but..the soldiers were too late, the leader and raiders got the Ailens and left, causing a whole revolution, that kicked out the soilders (Also killing some?), making Area 51, A killer outpost. Later, the survivors made a kill house for preparing to kill the killer, lurking in Area 51, (I’m just gonna skip the killer mode, since it’s the same) The survivors (Also known as: “Soliders”) has came to Area 51 to kill some killers (Also the bosses from “Boss Rush”) but, there was one enemy left, The Juggernaut, so they killed the Juggernaut (I think) but got teleported by the soldiers personal “Hell” endlessly killing all killers, until they die…”
Here’s some arguments against the killers are robots theory (because what am I doing with my life?) 1. The killers probably respawn in classic and killer mode because they cloned the killers to be more effective against intruders 2. The killers aren’t necessarily robots because they were at the checkpoint, they probably just moved around before we arrived or one of the clones was there 3. They could of gone against the guards because they were tired of being mistreated and that’s why they attacked. 4. We don’t talk about the door buttons anyway no one will see this so yeah
I get that killer and classic are the same, but for the killer revolution point, why not just place killer mode as the killer revolution on the timeline? You did mention that if they were robots they couldn’t open doors correctly, but in killer mode, you are the original killers during that revolution?
ash the killer revelution is killer mode cuz some soldeirs got transformed somehow (i believe it was the alien cuz technolegy) and started kiling soldiers A K A you ( this is more like the partygoers of the backrooms) and the juggernaut is prob a amalgamation of the killers fuzed with the robots of chekpoint that the amalgamation got overpowerd and you need to kill it cuz the other soldiers on the surface died trying to kill it but you also din t sucssed soo we get hell A K A ENDLESS SURVIVAL
I think the killers were friendly but then they somehow got duplicated through experiments and then their duplicates got mutated over time to the point that they were hostile. The aliens in storming were friendly but then later on they were hostile. The zombies might have been soldiers that were near the radiation and got mutated into zombies. Abberation could have been mutated from the radiation as we know it was a scientist and thats how it obtained it's powers.
the zombies were workers who worked on the atomic bomb. if you didn’t know, the atomic bomb was used as a weapon during the Cold War. and since it’s an ATOMIC BOMB, the workers became infected. also, i think some killers were just brainwashed. i mean, one Russian spy managed to brainwash the alien to the point where it had to be contained in a special area, almost like solitary confinement. and who’s to say someone didn’t do that to lots of killers?
My theory behind juggernaut mode is that it comes right before endless survival and if the last killer kills you it can be like them and your sins sending you right to hell where endless survival takes place since all the killers would be there waiting to kill you and the juggernaut is the final killer that tries to take you down to reclaim Area 51 and then it also goes back to the beginning where you restart and kill all the killers again and repeat the cycle over and over and over again.. Thats just my theory behind it obviously there are different theory’s behind it but I think mine suits it since I’ve played both juggernaut and endless survival for a decent amount of time to make my theory
And for your theory with the office room and the claw marks it could of been the rake or tails doll because in tails dolls jumpscare he clearly has claws and if we take a look at he location of office room you can see that tails spawns exactly to the left of the office room and my theory behind the entry is that he was writing it so he can try to slip it under the door or find a camera and maybe someone can see it and help him
And for my theory against the killers that can’t open the doors take a look at killer mode they can open the doors(even the player is the killer) slender man tends to but stuck in a door without a button inside or in other words a cage and for tails tails has been confirmed to be a robot and wasn’t programmed to open doors and the buttons might be programmed so only *human beings can open them since the soldiers guarded the area maybe when the killers were doing the revaluation against the soldiers they created the doors to protect them from the killers and since they have been there for a while they might not be use to open doors and as I said the buttons could have been programmed for only humans to be used by the soldiers as a defense tactic since soldiers are supposed to have good tactics which is why they can’t open doors if you really think about it you will understand what I mean
In your Area 51 canceled rooms video, during the video I noticed how similar the corridors were to the Abberration boss room you couldn't seem to link up anywhere and also it was called the Abberration area. Here's the timestamp: 6:03 for this video I think it may link.
Theory: the killhouse is the blocked off doorin the room that has a door that we think leads to abberation but i have a different theory for that, the nuke. That door leads to a silo, the door blocked off because the nuke was not needed, they blocked it off and stored the nuke in the radioactive area. Also, the door behind the checkpoint is a door to either a new room or, it has multiple doors, 1 leading to a "surface" but the surface door was covered up during a sandstorm similar to the silo, but this door was also sealed by the soldiers, to keep the killers from escaping into the world.
Things I’ve Noticed: • Guns are scattered across the map. Obviously meaning people have been down there before. • Remember that noob outside of Slender Man’s door? He obviously isn’t in the army, meaning people either volunteered or were forced to go down there. • Some killers are locked in rooms, obviously meaning someone went in and trapped them. • There are skeletons scattered around the map, meaning lots of people have died there. • People obviously had control over the base before (hence the notes) • Question- Why do the zombies not try to kill us when we’re in the zombie morph but other kills do but they don’t kill normal zombies? •Question- Why don’t the killers attack Jane? She’s not really on their side, and she kills one of them. And even if she doesn’t kill the others, why don’t they kill US if we don’t kill them?
One of my theories that there are no soldiers in the surface on Juggernaut mode maybe because they all went down to kill the last powerful killer but failed, you see, I if you got the time to explore the surface in Classic/Killer mode, you may find a soldier which says "Something's wrong with the Area lately, soldiers who went down never came back up". Which may explains why the elevator doesn't work in Classic, Killer and Jugggernaut mode, also the Juggernaut mode must've occured sometime between Classic/Killer, Killhouse and Endless Mode, due to the teleporters appearing only in Juggernaut. I mean, they must've invented the teleporters technology during Classic timeline, since that would be pretty nonsense if teleporters appear in a timeline before Classic but then in Classic they dissappear.
Am I the only one who really o wants a game mode for the killer revolution. I don’t know, maybe you could play as a soldier trying to escape from Area 51 alive while the killers chase you.
I think the juggernaut mode is the like the last monster combined with tons of power which, is why there aren't any soldiers and maybe the storyline is like this from the juggernaut starting point: *you woke up seeing nobody but only yourself in area 51 stranded there, as you get a lot of weapons you see the last monster. but he looks stronger and feels more scarier than before, you try to kill him but it was unsuccessful. now that juggernaut monster roams the area 51 map while your being haunted for eternity inside the area 51 map* (like UCN from FNAF).
I have a theory about Juggernaut mode that it takes place after all the other modes and the juggernaut killed all the soldiers and killers and setup teleporters for fast travel

Juggernaut could be you as a soldier and thats when the monsters took over because the soldier tells you good luck becuase youre supposed to kill the killers

I have a theory, what if the reason they respawn is because the soldiers made them immortal, they were made to protect area 51 and they were made so mabye they gave them some sort of technology so they just don't die or regenerate and they mabye became too smart which is the reason as to why they turned on the soldiers
Oh I forgot, there is the aftermath story in another game In zombie stories which is a separate game, You and 3 other players arrived back at Area 51, to regain control of the facility and rescue survivors. You have to fight clones of the leader in Area 51.
In the test servers for sewer expansion which was along time ago but there's lore within it during the test server for the sewers the door that was there after boss rush was added wasn't hope u understand I mean I'm not so goos with English

Personally I also think that every killer or at least some killers are robots first of all some of the killers are actual humans like Jonny, black eyed jack, Jeff, Jason etc. but they’re not actually humans they would’ve been talking to us as we were running away from them and and they should’ve made a noise when they died . So killers wouldn’t have been working with soldiers in storming. So The in the reject room Is where they made replicas of killers. So then why did they betrayed soldiers in the “ killer revolution“ System haywire? Who knows.
I think the reason why killers respawn in killer/classic mode is because they are robots, they used to be working robots but they turned into failed robots for uhmm, a reason! yeah yeah, since theres many robots they cant just trap them in the failed robots room, so they just get trapped in multiple rooms
The kraken isnt like a normal kraken, captain zombie doesnt exist, and fishface breathes acidic things im guessing, and since their organic i think their all actually aliens
I kinda disagree with the theory of the killers being robots. This being because if the nornal robot makes loud footstep noises then why dont the other killers? Especially killers like granny whos x2 times the size of the normal robot, you would expect her to make loud footstep sounds too?
I know this is just speculation, but if I recall, the old versions of the game, before homer really added a lot of soundtrack into the killers, the Robot didn't have those classic rusty foot steps we hear today. But I don't know. Robots may have special programming where they could turn on and off their loud footsteps? 🤔 and another theory of mine is that, the killers are robots but, they were made from all sorts of different materials from the Area 51 base! Remember, they were made by different materials, so, Meaning, they don't have to have the same looks, they don't have to have any sounds. But hey.....that's just a-
It's probably because robot is an endoskeleton rather than having skin on top like the other killers, the skin on the killers stop the footstep sounds from being made
well the killers respawning in killer mode is obviously because of the randomiser or killer choice if your on the killer team, but hopefully not the randomiser lol
Fun fact: some of this is wrong because the soldier that you can talk to mentions that killers went in and you have to kill them, so they’re not slaves.
Also another theory for you : what happens in the timeline after 999 maybe more juggernaughts or you get hordes of killers at you when your out of ammo
I have my own theory The leader commands a group of raiders/Naruto runners into Area 51 and free the aliens. Afterwards, the killer revolt against the USAF and cause Juggernaut where the remaining airmen inside of the facility try to get rid of the leader of the revolt, the Juggernaut. Then, in the classic modes, the government sends in either a special forces unit or volunteers on a search and destroy mission to eliminate the monsters and destroy the boss. Afterwards, even with the help, the government is overrun and are forced to abandon Area 51 bringing us to Endless where a soldier(s) who were left behind try to fight off the killers with weapons the gov't was kind enough to leave behind in their exfil.
i would putt jugger in the beginning because its possible the monsters could be the first beings to enter the area because there are barely anything on the surface during jugger. the only flaw is that there are still built stuff such as the base and the main underground area 51. also, in jugger there is only one monster which he stated are either robot or organism but it all goes down to what character is spawned. if it were a human monster. id say the story would be that it covered into a abandoned underground base then a group of people went in to check out the place. they disturbed the monster and thats why they have to kill the monster. if it were a robot, a group of scientists or something like that created a underground base to test illegal subjects. they created a robot that went rouge and killed them. same as the animal way, people went down to check the base out and went face to face with the rouge robot. this is what i think but what about you guys?
I think the reason why killers respawn for no reason is quite simple. Soilders didn’t wanted to waste time with making more killers so they made a machiene that respawns them out of thin air. That explains why there is a door next to Pack a Punch. So basically killers rebirth after death and have their memories erased. Except for three things. Their ability and their past look. And one task is to kill the intruders that enter the area.
My own theory: your theory but juggernaut is the last mode before endless because my theory is all killers died and one killer consumed much of hate and rage (because all killers are made of it) and became a buffed juggernaut,if you win lore is that u regret killing all soldiers and monsters and u get stuck in this nightmare,if u lose juggernaut maybe the juggernaut tortures you and reminds you of the killers also ending up with u becoming mentally ill and living in the nightmare dimension
As the paper say that there is something that mortal eyes was not meant to see it is possible that the aberrations door can be that the wedego area's broken reinforced wall place
Here's my theory: in juggernaut mode the reason there's only one killer is because they all got hungry and they don't know how to work the elevator so they had to eat each other to stay alive

I think what the paper means is that the Killers know that theres a human inside and they scratched/bangs the door to open it but failed, and the Tails Doll which they thought doesn't have any electric power due to it being a rejected robot still ACTUALLY have power, and it wakes up and kill the employee.
Maybe the soldiers were just making prototypes and the killers were just endo skeletons (for example robot) instill they made the final version and they couldn’t control the killers intill they had to leave (final version for example real flesh)

My timeline: Area 51 Storming: The Leader and a group of raiders join forces to raid Area 51 and prove the existence of aliens. Soldiers, allied with killers, would try to stop the Leader from getting the Aliens, which would then fail. Killer Invasion: Killers, possibly being robots, malfunction and go rogue, killing most of the Robotics Center team, the soldiers would take the elevator to the Surface and destory the elevator so the killers wouldn't reach them, this is why there is no elevator in Classic and Killer mode. Killhouse: The soldiers hire a new bunch of soldiers and bring them to a practice area to develop skills and tactics later to be used against the killers. Classic, Killer and Boss Rush Mode: The new soldiers are sent to Area 51 to wipe out the killers. For some reason they keep respawning. I have a theory that after being stormed by the Leader and the raiders, the soldiers would build respawning devices to killers, where they could never be killed. I also think Boss Rush is in the same period of time as Classic and Killer Mode, as that one door which can't be opened with the rusted button does lead of the hallway to the Kraken's boss fight. For Abberation, I think that one old area where Abberation would actually spawn in Classic, it was abandoned and then blocked out and destroyed, just my theory for that last part. I know you said that thing about tails doll saying that "Why would Area 51 make a robot that looks like a fictional character?" but they didn't since Sonic.EXE is real in that reality and Tails Doll that means the Sonic or Sonic.EXE universe exists in that timeline somewhere and originally Dr.Robotnik made Tails Doll to be an evil robot to hunt down sonic and capture him but Tails Doll developed a mind of his own and started murduring everyone including his own creator and he was not built by Area 51 or is an evil spirit possessed doll just to let you know.
my guess… he didn’t. i mean, if you were the leader of a massive government organization that is supposed to be secret, and someone managed to steal THREE anomalies from you, would you let them get away unscathed? i think they kidnapped him, and tortured him. hell, the guy that used to be in the execution room could’ve been a rock thrower that was caught for all we know! i just think the soldiers took him back, probably tortured him, and i think that he was being used as a killer. but when the revolution happened, he caught amidst the battle, and of course, died.
I doubt they are robots since they aren't even close in their origins, for example granny in origin is a old maniac lady that have kidnapped you and you must survive.
endless survival or endless anything isent hard to make for endless like rebirthing make it so everytime you do it it incresses the leavel cap and like the prestige it needs to equil the leavel cap in your leavel and for endless survival if it summons in 1 new killer or so every wave (i never played it) it could keep advanceing unless its like a special wave

I think the reason why Juggernaut mode's surface was empty is because the soldiers all went down to kill the juggernaut but failed and got killed. The last soldier sent the elevator up before being killed by the juggernaut, the juggernaut then roams the Area-51 and then reinforcements (the players) finally came.
I think the reason it is like that is because it happened after storming because the soldiers and killers are not any where to be seen and I think they are looking for The Raiders and Aliens and left some gurads and killers in area 51 i dont know why but the Juggernaut started attacking the soldiers so they got guns and when the left over soldiers find out the bosses are on the Juggernaut side they go in and kill them and that why you have 2 guns in Bosses Rush
(And also this can start the killer Revolution because the 3 most over powered killers is 99% the leaders of all the killers + it kinda dumb to have a super big advent in your Story and not adding it in your game)
Adding onto potential reasons for the revolution, I think that the 6 Aliens escaping, may have put the idea of escape out there for killers.
Who knows if the sole/last Alien in classic mode was with the other Alien UFO crewmates. Maybe it was and it desired to find them, resulting in the Alien to try & pass on the idea of escape (whenever possible) to other killers.

Ever heard of the FNAF UCN theory where you play as William afton and you're in hell? Well I kinda got a timeline explanation for that. What if after the area 51 raid you were tracked down and captured later on. The leader was executed due to him being the one who leaded us in the the raid, but seeing how we the participants(player)managed to fight the soldiers off with proper skills they decided to offer us a deal which was that if we helped them fight off the "killers" then we will earn our freedom and act like if nothing ever happened again. Later on after the middle timeline we were on the juggernaut timeline but everything went terribly wrong where we were winning but we lost almost half of our backup. Then comes the endless survival timeline. We play as the fallen one's and are stuck on an almost endless loop serving as our hell/punishment for raiding and killing in area 51 in the first place.
Note:This is based on the "you play as the same raider from the storming gameplay" side. And i haven't said the full story cuz I don't want to write for that long in a comment. How ever I do feel happy sharing a documentary of it when im finished.
Juggernaut mode is the most confusing to me in Story Line xD
1: It could happen after Storming Mode because what if the Juggernaut was the first killer to turn against the Soldiers? You kill him or not, the other killers became just like him and they start attacking the Soldiers
2: It could happen just like you said, after Boss Rush, he is the only "Boss" remaining and he is so mad
3: It could happen before Boss Rush, you defeat him and now the 2 hardest Bosses are waiting for you
4: It could happen at the end, he is the final Boss
And 5: It could happen at the beggining, (But for that the Juggernaut is the Alien), because when you enter to the Alien room in Classic Mode, the description of the badge you receive says that he is the first ever creature in Area 51, so in Juggernaut mode you and your friends (Your friends are the Soldiers) try to stop him and then capture him in the room we all know, then you capture the other killers and I don't know why, nobody knows why but they help you and the Soldiers (Then Storming Mode happens)
But it doesn't have sense because if he was a super powerful Juggernaut, why would the Alien be weak in the other Game Modes?
And some people will say: "He became weak because you and the Soldiers in Juggernaut mode defeated him and captured him in the Alien room"
But they captured the Giant Zombie and he stills being strong, at least stronger than the Killers

my opinion on the timeline:
Storming is first, then killhouse, then killer/classic mode, then juggernaut because they kill the last killer, then kraken boss rush mode because 2 soldiers were sent to check the area, then aberration boss rush mode because aberration wasnt fast enough to leave area 51, then endless survival

I think the reasons that the Killers teamed up with the soldiers in Area-51 Storming mode is that somehow they understand english language and read the paper in the office written by the skeleton, and they started discussing about is the soldiers good or evil and they declared that they're good and decided to help them by somehow telling them that they are now good and wants to help them. And at that point the Storming begans and they started to help the soldiers defend Area-51

The theory i have is that every killer is a robot like tails doll and they were created to protect the soldiers and they all malfunctioned like tails and got dropped off to the underground so they don't kill everyone.
Juggernaut explained (prob)
Juggernaut takes place after classic mode, where the soldiers sent there were overrun, hence in juggernaut mode having no soldiers, the reason why its only you and other squadron units only exist, these have 2 explanations:
1.
You are the last squad that is left in Area 51 which is tasked to kill the one killer that's the juggernaut (and probably shut down the "cloning" machine to stop sending the killers).
2.
You are a squadron sent in to investigate the remains of Area 51, managing to kill all the killers but 1, which leaves only your squad to fight or wait for a Evac.

Quick explanation, raid area 51 gamemode (I forgor), is taking into place that the killers CPU arent malfunctioning yet, and the 'cloning' machine malfunctioned, giving the killers their past memories, which causes a outrage & and causes both kill house, kill house Is a training room since you ae a special squadron to end the rouge robots, which is why they give you special training and why you unlock more guns when you get more experience, and then classic mode, you are a squadron sent by the captain, to end every killer, robot or human that's rouge, so that sets up classic mode, and then finally, boss fights, okay we're done in Boss fights, juggernaut is probably the last squadron having to kill the one killer that just wont die, or you are a special squadron which also probably gets the kill house gamemode involved here, after killhouse, you buckle up for the mission and head down Area 51, which means killing the last killer, then endless, no radio, no help, no evacuation, just to hold out until the military realizes you've been missing for around (2-6) days, so they send a rescue squad after endless ends, which finally ends the area 51 event.

Juggernaut and Endless Theory
The killers followed the soldiers when they escaped. You are actually the raiders back to find more info. You end up finding the king/queen killer in area 51 who was the last killer there. At this time the world is being terrorized by the killers and you were looking to kill the main source of these killers. If you kill the king who is juggernaut, you win and can live in the area forever. Later though after you win, the suface killers tunneled their ways inside to area 51 and started attacking back. The elevator broke because of it not being used so your doomed for eternity
I personally think that killhouse comes after boss rush mode because their is a kraken target but the kraken may be earlier since that but idk
They might if trapped the kraken before hand and maybe you found a way to get there and fight him
If they plan on expanding the map for robotics they should add a few more robots similar to radioactive zombie
That’d fit more in the law and probably more dead bodies
So, here's the lore I thought out of this theory:
Area 51, as mentioned in the video, is a place, where secret techonologies are tested. But since people found out about AREA 51, they massively started to come there, and to scare people off, administration decided to create robots, that look like killers from popular creepypastas, to scare people off. Because of nuclear wastes, that they had dumped into sewers, one day, random squid got in these sewers, and mutated. Staff didn't bother getting rid of him, and left him. But then some scientist accidentaly contacted with "HATE", and because of her sentience, she was very dangerous. Staff ended up having to close her in furthest point of Area, where no one could find, and free her.
(AREA 51 STORM) After that, a group of people, in which were our main heros, raided Area 51, and no one could stop them, so administration decided to use main, strongest robot, connected to robot-producing machine. But our heroes killed him, and because of that, machine malfunctioned, and robots became aggresive, and so "Killer revolution" happend.
(KILLHOUSE) The administration found out about robot invasion, and after checking cameras records, they found out, eho was behind the storm. They find out main heroes, and kidnap them. But instead of killing them, the decide to hire our heroes to work for cleaning out AREA 51, and maybe, if it will be successful, they will free them. Our heroes have no choice, and start training in killhouse
(CLASSIC, KILLER MODES, BOSS RUSH) After finishing their training, our heroes come up to AREA 51, and start to clear it out of all the killers. They clear out Abberation, Cracken, other killers. Staff starts returning to AREA51. While heroes were clearing the complex, scientists made a new technology-teleporters, and placed them all over the area. It all seemed good, our heroes were getting closer and closer, to machine, but...
(JUGEERNAUT MODE)
Killers-robots realised, that heroes have advantage over them, because killers were weak, and so robots decide to make 1 giant robot-Juggernaut. That distracts characters for a while, and after some brain-storming, robots decide to use time to make more robot-building machines. Players take a long time, but finally, they defeat juggernaut. Robots retreat, but not for long.
(ENDLESS MODE) Scientists make more gadgets, make traps in case of anything, other things, and looking at how technologies became really cutting-edge, administration decided to finally let soldiers, and staff of area go on a vacation for a week. They leave our heroes to guard the complex for that week, and disable the elevator, so our heroes couldn't escape, and now, the area is empty for some time. Robots notice thwt, and finally, that there are almost no soldiers to help our heroes, they start a full-out attack. Because robots have built many machines to make other killers, they start to come out in extreme amounts out of everywhere. Now, our heroes were trapped, their food supply was stolen, and until help arrives in a week, they have to survive, barricading away from killers. So, end of wave 999 is kinda a time, where week ends, and help finally comes.
What about elite Kraken and Abberation? Well, they're just non-canon, that's it.

Ok, so I decided to change this so it's easier to understand, In the checkpoint area(Tails Doll spawn) where you go through the vent so you can open the gate, behind the dead body, is an unopenable door, now I think this door leads to multiple rooms and one of them is abberations door.

Okay so, I kinda made a full version of the lore so hopefully you read it in one breath: Story: “September of 2019, Area 51, Nevada, some soldiers are kinda worried about the “Raid” that is happening. So, some soilders came to plan that could make something…..useful, that were the killers came in, they found horror movies, Creepypastas, and some horror games are just not real, so they started experimenting, they made one by one, making killers. They were a success, they use them to make a army, a group, to keep the Aliens away from the raiders, some days later in September 8th (I think), the raid starts and the raiders (also the leader in the game) go to Area 51, grabbed some guns to defend themselves, but..the soldiers were too late, the leader and raiders got the Ailens and left, causing a whole revolution, that kicked out the soilders (Also killing some?), making Area 51, A killer outpost. Later, the survivors made a kill house for preparing to kill the killer, lurking in Area 51, (I’m just gonna skip the killer mode, since it’s the same) The survivors (Also known as: “Soliders”) has came to Area 51 to kill some killers (Also the bosses from “Boss Rush”) but, there was one enemy left, The Juggernaut, so they killed the Juggernaut (I think) but got teleported by the soldiers personal “Hell” endlessly killing all killers, until they die…”
Here’s some arguments against the killers are robots theory (because what am I doing with my life?)
1. The killers probably respawn in classic and killer mode because they cloned the killers to be more effective against intruders
2. The killers aren’t necessarily robots because they were at the checkpoint, they probably just moved around before we arrived or one of the clones was there
3. They could of gone against the guards because they were tired of being mistreated and that’s why they attacked.
4. We don’t talk about the door buttons

I get that killer and classic are the same, but for the killer revolution point, why not just place killer mode as the killer revolution on the timeline? I think the killers were friendly but then they somehow got duplicated through experiments and then their duplicates got mutated over time to the point that they were hostile. The aliens in storming were friendly but then later on they were hostile. The zombies might have been soldiers that were near the radiation and got mutated into zombies. Abberation could have been mutated from the radiation as we know it was a scientist and thats how it obtained it's powers.
the zombies were workers who worked on the atomic bomb. if you didn’t know, the atomic bomb was used as a weapon during the Cold War. and since it’s an ATOMIC BOMB, the workers became infected. also, i think some killers were just brainwashed. i mean, one Russian spy managed to brainwash the alien to the point where it had to be contained in a special area, almost like solitary confinement. and who’s to say someone didn’t do that to lots of killers?

My theory behind juggernaut mode is that it comes right before endless survival and if the last killer kills you it can be like them and your sins sending you right to hell where endless survival takes place since all the killers would be there waiting to kill you and the juggernaut is the final killer that tries to take you down to reclaim Area 51 and then it also goes back to the beginning where you restart and kill all the killers again and repeat the cycle over and over and over again.. Thats just my theory behind it obviously there are different theory’s behind it but I think mine suits it since I’ve played both juggernaut and endless survival for a decent amount of time to make my theory
And for your theory with the office room and the claw marks it could of been the rake or tails doll because in tails dolls jumpscare he clearly has claws and if we take a look at he location of office room you can see that tails spawns exactly to the left of the office room and my theory behind the entry is that he was writing it so he can try to slip it under the door or find a camera and maybe someone can see it and help him
And for my theory against the killers that can’t open the doors take a look at killer mode they can open the doors(even the player is the killer) slender man tends to but stuck in a door without a button inside or in other words a cage and for tails tails has been confirmed to be a robot and wasn’t programmed to open doors and the buttons might be programmed so only *human beings can open them since the soldiers guarded the area maybe when the killers were doing the revaluation against the soldiers they created the doors to protect them from the killers and since they have been there for a while they might not be use to open doors and as I said the buttons could have been programmed for only humans to be used by the soldiers as a defense tactic since soldiers are supposed to have good tactics which is why they can’t open doors if you really think about it you will understand what I mean
In your Area 51 canceled rooms video, during the video I noticed how similar the corridors were to the Abberration boss room you couldn't seem to link up anywhere and also it was called the Abberration area. Here's the timestamp: 6:03 for this video I think it may link.

Theory: the killhouse is the blocked off doorin the room that has a door that we think leads to abberation but i have a different theory for that, the nuke. That door leads to a silo, the door blocked off because the nuke was not needed, they blocked it off and stored the nuke in the radioactive area. Also, the door behind the checkpoint is a door to either a new room or, it has multiple doors, 1 leading to a "surface" but the surface door was covered up during a sandstorm similar to the silo, but this door was also sealed by the soldiers, to keep the killers from escaping into the world.
Things I’ve Noticed:
• Guns are scattered across the map. Obviously meaning people have been down there before.
• Remember that noob outside of Slender Man’s door? He obviously isn’t in the army, meaning people either volunteered or were forced to go down there.
• Some killers are locked in rooms, obviously meaning someone went in and trapped them.
• There are skeletons scattered around the map, meaning lots of people have died there.
• People obviously had control over the base before (hence the notes)
• Question- Why do the zombies not try to kill us when we’re in the zombie morph but other kills do but they don’t kill normal zombies?
•Question- Why don’t the killers attack Jane? She’s not really on their side, and she kills one of them. And even if she doesn’t kill the others, why don’t they kill US if we don’t kill them?

One of my theories that there are no soldiers in the surface on Juggernaut mode maybe because they all went down to kill the last powerful killer but failed, you see, I if you got the time to explore the surface in Classic/Killer mode, you may find a soldier which says "Something's wrong with the Area lately, soldiers who went down never came back up". Which may explains why the elevator doesn't work in Classic, Killer and Jugggernaut mode, also the Juggernaut mode must've occured sometime between Classic/Killer, Killhouse and Endless Mode, due to the teleporters appearing only in Juggernaut. I mean, they must've invented the teleporters technology during Classic timeline, since that would be pretty nonsense if teleporters appear in a timeline before Classic but then in Classic they dissappear.
Am I the only one who really o wants a game mode for the killer revolution. I don’t know, maybe you could play as a soldier trying to escape from Area 51 alive while the killers chase you.
I think the juggernaut mode is the like the last monster combined with tons of power which, is why there aren't any soldiers and maybe the storyline is like this from the juggernaut starting point: *you woke up seeing nobody but only yourself in area 51 stranded there, as you get a lot of weapons you see the last monster. but he looks stronger and feels more scarier than before, you try to kill him but it was unsuccessful. now that juggernaut monster roams the area 51 map while your being haunted for eternity inside the area 51 map* (like UCN from FNAF).
I like to think the timeline goes like this
Raiding area 51 -> Classic ->Killer mode ->beneath the surface
I think it goes like this raiding area 51 ->Juggernaut mode ->boss Rush->classic->killer mode-> Endless mode
I have a theory about Juggernaut mode that it takes place after all the other modes and the juggernaut killed all the soldiers and killers and setup teleporters for fast travel

So killers wouldn’t have been working with soldiers in storming. So The in the reject room Is where they made replicas of killers. So then why did they betrayed soldiers in the “ killer revolution“ System haywire? Who knows.

I kinda disagree with the theory of the killers being robots. This being because if the nornal robot makes loud footstep noises then why dont the other killers? Especially killers like granny whos x2 times the size of the normal robot, you would expect her to make loud footstep sounds too?
I know this is just speculation, but if I recall, the old versions of the game, before homer really added a lot of soundtrack into the killers, the Robot didn't have those classic rusty foot steps we hear today. But I don't know. Robots may have special programming where they could turn on and off their loud footsteps? 🤔 and another theory of mine is that, the killers are robots but, they were made from all sorts of different materials from the Area 51 base! I have my own theory
The leader commands a group of raiders/Naruto runners into Area 51 and free the aliens. Afterwards, the killer revolt against the USAF and cause Juggernaut where the remaining airmen inside of the facility try to get rid of the leader of the revolt, the Juggernaut. Then, in the classic modes, the government sends in either a special forces unit or volunteers on a search and destroy mission to eliminate the monsters and destroy the boss. Afterwards, even with the help, the government is overrun and are forced to abandon Area 51 bringing us to Endless where a soldier(s) who were left behind try to fight off the killers with weapons the gov't was kind enough to leave behind in their exfil.
i would putt jugger in the beginning because its possible the monsters could be the first beings to enter the area because there are barely anything on the surface during jugger. the only flaw is that there are still built stuff such as the base and the main underground area 51. also, in jugger there is only one monster which he stated are either robot or organism but it all goes down to what character is spawned. if it were a human monster. id say the story would be that it covered into a abandoned underground base then a group of people went in to check out the place. they disturbed the monster and thats why they have to kill the monster. if it were a robot, a group of scientists or something like that created a underground base to test illegal subjects. they created a robot that went rouge and killed them. same as the animal way, people went down to check the base out and went face to face with the rouge robot. this is what i think but what about you guys?
I think the reason why killers respawn for no reason is quite simple. Soilders didn’t wanted to waste time with making more killers so they made a machiene that respawns them out of thin air. That explains why there is a door next to Pack a Punch. So basically killers rebirth after death and have their memories erased. Except for three things. Their ability and their past look. And one task is to kill the intruders that enter the area.

My own theory: your theory but juggernaut is the last mode before endless because my theory is all killers died and one killer consumed much of hate and rage (because all killers are made of it) and became a buffed juggernaut,if you win lore is that u regret killing all soldiers and monsters and u get stuck in this nightmare,if u lose juggernaut maybe the juggernaut tortures you and reminds you of the killers also ending up with u becoming mentally ill and living in the nightmare dimension

Here's my theory: in juggernaut mode the reason there's only one killer is because they all got hungry and they don't know how to work the elevator so they had to eat each other to stay alive
i think that lots of them died off due to the soldiers. and maybe the juggernaut is so powerful because of some high-tech weapon.
7:30 Also one thing that seems to be on my mind is that there is a paper in the tails doll area that says something banging or scratching at doors. Not sure if it links to the events of killers going against soldiers but its stuck on my mind 🤔

I think what the paper means is that the Killers know that theres a human inside and they scratched/bangs the door to open it but failed, and the Tails Doll which they thought doesn't have any electric power due to it being a rejected robot still ACTUALLY have power, and it wakes up and kill the employee.

Maybe the soldiers were just making prototypes and the killers were just endo skeletons (for example robot) instill they made the final version and they couldn’t control the killers intill they had to leave (final version for example real flesh)

My timeline:
Area 51 Storming: The Leader and a group of raiders join forces to raid Area 51 and prove the existence of aliens. Soldiers, allied with killers, would try to stop the Leader from getting the Aliens, which would then fail.
Killer Invasion: Killers, possibly being robots, malfunction and go rogue, killing most of the Robotics Center team, the soldiers would take the elevator to the Surface and destory the elevator so the killers wouldn't reach them, this is why there is no elevator in Classic and Killer mode.
Killhouse: The soldiers hire a new bunch of soldiers and bring them to a practice area to develop skills and tactics later to be used against the killers.
Classic, Killer and Boss Rush Mode: The new soldiers are sent to Area 51 to wipe out the killers. For some reason they keep respawning. I have a theory that after being stormed by the Leader and the raiders, the soldiers would build respawning devices to killers, where they could never be killed.
I also think Boss Rush is in the same period of time as Classic and Killer Mode, as that one door which can't be opened with the rusted button does lead of the hallway to the Kraken's boss fight. For Abberation, I think that one old area where Abberation would actually spawn in Classic, it was abandoned and then blocked out and destroyed, just my theory for that last part.

I know you said that thing about tails doll saying that "Why would Area 51 make a robot that looks like a fictional character?" but they didn't since Sonic.EXE is real in that reality and Tails Doll that means the Sonic or Sonic.EXE universe exists in that timeline somewhere and originally Dr.Robotnik made Tails Doll to be an evil robot to hunt down sonic and capture him but Tails Doll developed a mind of his own and started murduring everyone including his own creator and he was not built by Area 51 or is an evil spirit possessed doll just to let you know.

my guess… he didn’t. i mean, if you were the leader of a massive government organization that is supposed to be secret, and someone managed to steal THREE anomalies from you, would you let them get away unscathed? i think they kidnapped him, and tortured him. hell, the guy that used to be in the execution room could’ve been a rock thrower that was caught for all we know! i just think the soldiers took him back, probably tortured him, and i think that he was being used as a killer. but when the revolution happened, he caught amidst the battle, and of course, died.

I doubt they are robots since they aren't even close in their origins, for example granny in origin is a old maniac lady that have kidnapped you and you must survive.

endless survival or endless anything isent hard to make for endless like rebirthing make it so everytime you do it it incresses the leavel cap and like the prestige it needs to equil the leavel cap in your leavel and for endless survival if it summons in 1 new killer or so every wave (i never played it) it could keep advanceing unless its like a special wave
