    How come your valve is facing this side? Mine is facing up...

    The E+ is delivered with a ~80 mm valve extension. Much easier ;)
    I however also got a 142 mm extension I bought for my first EUC. Longer than needed but figured better too long than too short. Turns out especially on the Ninebot the extra length makes it even easier. They're dirt cheap on all your favorite gadget sites and the like ;)

    I think ours would be a 90mm extension.
    I have just seen them on ebay uk too.

    think you might have to pump up the tyre more often than you reckon - based on car and bicycle tyres - rubber is porous and leaks air. One possibility might be to pump up with nitrogen as rubber is less porous to this - car tyre fitters often offer a service to do this with free top ups as the pressure doesn't drop anywhere near as much.

      ***** Its based on personal use, I see a 5psi fluctuation over 4 weeks. Some users say they need to pump up once a week. This hasn't been my experience across our 3 demo units.

      isnt nitrogen just barley lighter than air though? wouldnt a less dense substance leak out more?

    • @AndrewDCDrummond
      @AndrewDCDrummond 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tislyampa that depends on your weight! There’s a range printed on the tyre probably, start at 40psi maybe then go ride somewhere that is a little bit bumpy. Try lowering the pressure until the ride is more comfortable but you aren’t losing acceleration.

    U can't fit any psi connector in there except a bike pump which don't tell psi and even then it's unbelievable to get it in

    I I was just offered one 2-hand in seemingly perfect state. The wheel needed inflation, and I came here. Extension lost, and for this reason the deal is off.
    I have other monowheels where extensions are not needed at all. Seems like a superior solution to me.

      Extension is inexpensive, and once inflated last quite some time

    Funny that the pumping up wasn't actually shown. It doesn't look like many pumps actually fit into the available space.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Caren Ami No conspiracy or anything ;) Just the actual act of pumping up a tire is pretty well known. How to access the valve on a Ninebot ONE isn't. Correct - not all pumps will fit in the gap (or if they do its a fight). As long as you have the correct pump then no problem.

    • @careneh33
      @careneh33 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Agreed, no conspiracy. Still, it would be nice to see how easy (or difficult) it is to attach the pump to the device and actually do the pumping. After all, it doesn't look exactly like a form-follows-function approach which was taken to design the Ninebot here.

      Much easier with a valve extension ;)

      Could you tell us which pump/ extension you use and where to get them? Im in a life or death struggle with mine to get it done and would love to make it a little easier.

    Actually it's a total pain in the proverbial. You can screw a pump on but by the time you've unscrewed the valve the pressure has all been released again!!

      Sirkildalot thats whats happened to me i gave up after 3 hours.. i even took a value cap off of my car, i couldn’t screw it on quickly enough.before the tyre deflated what did you do get another inner tube?

  • @WreckerR
    @WreckerR 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    When you first open the box, there should be a 5" nozzle extension you would screw onto the end of the nozzle...

    Valve extension or not, inflating the tyre is a terrible drag.

    • @Speedyfeetuk
      @Speedyfeetuk  9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Nah with the extension is just as easy as with a bicycle / car tire. We pump up every single one we ship - takes around 30 secs.

    • @ragon747
      @ragon747 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Use the extension, it's easy to used it. Should be show on the vídeo.
      You just attach the extension and than you can use a pump easily.
