Sword Plays in Battlefield 5 (Katana Gameplay)

I do have other Katana related gameplay saved but it's more for a random funny moment type video as the gang goes full weeb.
Something I didn't think about until recently is how updates or patches are going to be applied to Battlefield 2042. For example updates were usually deployed during a maintenance window on Tuesdays in NA for BF4, BF1, and BF5. That involved taking down the servers and basically everyone's connection to the EA backend. The reason I bring this up is because of how much work Ripple Effect Studios ( DICE LA ) put in to make the Battlefield Portal. After the game is launched will Ripple Effect continue to work on and patch the Battlefield Portal or will a team over at DICE Sweden take over? Like with Firestorm will it get passed off to another team or will the original creators continue to create content and support it? Does all of Battlefield 2042 ( BF2042 base game, Hazard Zone, Portal ) have to be taken down or offline to apply updates to Portal or will they be separate? It's not really a huge issue but I did want to bring it up because it could turn into something similar to the situation Warzone is in or suffer a similar fate as Firestorm.
I still can't tell if the Battlefield Portal will be just a distraction for a short time or if it will turn out to be better than the base BF2042 game or more popular than it. Why do I bring that up? Well what would DICE Sweden do if people prefer or play the Battlefield Portal more than the base game? Would they change or move developer resources to support it or would they just continue with what they set out to prior to launch? I suppose the real question should be where is EA/DICE putting most of their efforts in with microtransactions because that would likely be their core focus if it can't be transitioned elsewhere.
Sorry for the random thoughts, don't think too much on them I just wanted to write them down somewhere.

Ravic's editing is underappreciated.
When the clip ends with him scoping in the next clip starts with him being scoped in. When the clip ends with him being downed the next clip starts with him getting revived.
That's some really nice attention to detail and really improves the flow of the video.

@Ravic I feel like ripple effect (dice LA) would keep control over the portal patches since it is sort of their “love letter to Battlefield” it will be interesting to see how they handle patches since they’ve said the custom servers you can make will only stay if people are on them and playing so once the patch window comes does everyone lose their custom modes in portal or is there a way to keep them through patches. That being said how many of the custom games will survive more than 6-8 hours in the first place that is something I’ve been thinking about. Do you see a future whereabouts portal gets this “lifetime” updates so as dice/EA continue to add content and let it evolve through multiple base game release such as a war zone?

I mean they've left themselves open to add in so many maps from so many previous Battlefield games. Battlefield 2 alone has a crazy amount of maps if you include the Special Forces expansion + map packs. Even better they could expand upon the tools to make a dumbed down map maker as well as expanded editing to game modes. Think GTAV and all those custom maps especially the absurd racing ones. The amount of content created and generated from all of that is crazy considering how old GTAV is. However I haven't been able to talk directly with anyone from the two teams recently so I'm not sure what the stances are for DICE Sweden and Ripple Effect ( DICE LA ). I mean it's almost like a Halo Forge mode, it just needs a few more things and EA/DICE could leave all the content creation to the community without having to repeal their "NO MOD SUPPORT" stance.
