This video will help you to make table of specifications (TOS) using Microsoft Excel. The Table of Specifications or TOS is a tool used to ensure that a test or assessment measures the content and thinking skills the test intents to measure. Remember these two important things in test construction:
1. The item should test the learning competency (LC)
2. It must be based on the taxonomy of objectives.
