Fav is a GF crumpet and what I call the mini pizza... tomato puree,(optional sml bit of onion and red roasted pepper)mature cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes and sprinkle of oregano, basil or Schwartz garlic Italian. Yum.. Love marmite and cheese too as well as sweet options like figs and maple syrup.

Crumpets are like fluffy griddle cakes! They’re quite spongey and the batter isn’t solid, it sort of has holes in it, so any toppings you put on kind of seep through. They’re glorious.
