What is Cushion Foundation? Is it for Mature Skin?

- Hey beautiful ladies, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a foundation in a cushion within a compact! It is called TIR TIR and is made in Korea. Ingrediants include lotus extracts, sweet-brier, and pancratium to replenish moisture with long lasting hydration as well as white truffle extract and plant derived acacia peptide to brighten the skin & SPF 30 for light sun protection. It feels great on my mature skin that can feel dry. My all day wear is usually about 7 hours and I just cannot keep my hands off my face :O\ It is buildable coverage and for you may wear longer. Try using the product as instructed…pat, pat, pat. Much better coverage by using the pad as instructed.

@lalasWC.GoldenYrs No I haven't yet. I've only recently become interested in cosmetics and still figuring out what I like. The only makeup I used regularly, for years, is lipstick. I love a good red. Now I'm branching out and trying new things.

I like this cushion foundation but I notice the color oxidize over time, so eventhough it looks like a good match for you when you first put it on, it got much darker by afternoon. Did you notice this or are you still happy with your color ?

Another youtube lady in her 40s, tried it both ways (applicator and brush). The brush often left lines. The sponge isn't supposed to absorb the product much. It is easy to put on too much she said. If you do it fully, its very full coverage. I've watched about 5 people test it. Yours looks beautiful. I just wanted to warn against the lines a brush could do. But you may be using a better amount for that. Mature skin is definitely different. My 45 year old eyes are very wrinkled. Genetics and deep set eyes are my nemesis

@lalasWC.GoldenYrs right now Roc retinol for around the eyes (every other day) and clinique moisturizer, the regular one. I just realized how bad it was. I had an unplanned blessing born 2 years ago at 43. I've not kept up with my skin at all. The past few months I've tried to do my makeup and it's been discouraging. This is why I landed on your channel!!! I knew you would have some good tips for around the eyes. I'm trying to learn. I'm trying the less is more. Yet I still see so many lines. I'm afraid to use any powder under my eyes now. I think I need all new makeup. But I'm at a drugstore price point. Which is tough.

It’s already in my cart 😂 wetnwild had come out with cushion foundation a few years back! It was great!! EVERYONE HAD IT AND I LOVED IT. Estée Lauder made one so did Mac and Dior I do t have Mac anymore but still have the other two

I’m getting ready to order UnLeasha Cushion Glow Foundation. I’ve watched MandyMUA review the Matte,Satin one ( which is her favorite, she’s much younger and prefers matte/ satin. But I love the ingredients list on it and so much cheaper than the TirTir. Very pretty LaLa. Oh, the UnLeasha cushion foundation, you push down and the right amnt comes out. The color on you( via camera) makes you look pasty. 😢. Just wanted you to know. Not being unkind. 😊😅😂

No no don't stop anything. I'm just telling you what I read on both. If the influencer you watched said it really works, and you trust her opinion, I would start there since it is $10 cheaper. The Tir Tir works for great for me BUT there is always more options 👍🤗
New subscriber here! I’m glad I found your channel; we’re the same age! I love this makeup! My usual is a powder foundation, MAC or Makeup Forever. Usually, I don’t wear liquid foundation as it feels heavy. This feels so light and it stays on forever! I also bought 23N. It’s a tad dark for me so I mix it with the Vanilla shade. It covers so well and spreads easily. Like you, the little applicator wasn’t my choice but a Beauty Blender worked nicely!

I think this color is too yellow for your skin tone. Try their less yellow undertone, and pat pat lightly. I think you may had applied too much on the forehead area, I would go with less product.
