Stargate Revealed: archaeologists follow military through time against alien tyrants

Stargate (1994) tells the story of the discovery and activation of an ancient device called the Stargate. Archaeologist Daniel Jackson cracks the code of this mysterious device and leads a military team through the Stargate to a distant alien world. There they discover a civilization ruled by the Egyptian mythological god Ra. Together, Jackson and the team uncover the secrets of the Stargate and lead the natives in a revolt against the tyranny of the god Ra, eventually succeeding in destroying the other side of the Stargate and stopping the alien invasion.
