Just discovered these guys in the last year and I can’t get enough. Nothing and Narrow Head 2 of my favorite bands I’ve found recently can’t get enough of either of them
Thats because this is shoegaze, mixed with some alt rock. If You like this or MBV, I'd definitely recommend some Slowdive, Ride, and Soda Sterero, or stuff like Swervedriver, Catherine Wheel, The Goslings, or Narrow Head

d winter I completely agree, this is something I see people do way too much for bands, always instantly comparing them to some other acts instead seeing how they made the sound their own
i discover this band this week and friday they drop a new Record, Damn i'm lucky, Also they have a DEFTONES vibe without feel like a copy. Happy i discover this band
before Kurt died, he said that Nirvana had been experimenting more with fx pedals for the next album. I'd say the album would've turned out sounding a bit like this. It's my belief that Kurt felt a bit guilty that gunge over shadowed shoegaze in such a way and that added (in however small a way) to his reluctance; being the poster boy of grunge. I love that shoegaze has made it's little comeback. with so many new bands picking up the torch and the OGs have reunited and made new albums.
All in all, grunge and shoegaze are both subgenres of noise rock, so it wouldn't be weird for Nirvana to play shoegaze. I mean, even Steve Albini (the producer of In Utero) played some post-rock. Just imagine how Nirvana would've sounded playing shoegaze, post-hardcore, post-rock and other noise rock subgenres, it would've been really interesting
The guitars are so harsh but the vocals are so sweet. The contrast is nice but preferred Will Yip's production style. Audio engineering nerdism aside.. the songwriting is just fantastic. Looking forward to the tour and full album.
This band pulls from so many influences in their sound, its incredible. The structure sounds a lot like some of Failure's deeper tracks (Heliotropic for example). Vocals remind me a little of the Stone Roses. A nice change of pace
Great tune. Yep I'm hearing some MBV here definitely but they have their own style. My favs in this genre in past have been SWD, Catherine Wheel, Ride...
This music video starts off outside a gas station called mr bs the next town over from me. Northeast Pennsylvania. Living here I see it fitting well haha
Underrated band for sure. Blending those shoegaze and 90s rock influences wonderfully.
Underrated? By who and why does it matter? So they can become massively popular, drop shitty albums and get burnt out?

Late to the party with this band, Spotify suggested a few of their tracks to me this week and I'm hooked.
Same here
Yep, they struck me too.
they truly are amazing :) such a nastolgic feeling for a 90s baby.
never late to the Nothing party. welcome.
Spotify sucks
A dreamy, addictive atmosphere. One of my favorite songs of them...
What a band. Punk rockers getting on in years with a very metal-esque shoegaze style. One of the best "newer" outfits I've heard in a long time.
shoegaze is what i’ve been trying to find but i could never remember the name, thank you friend shoegaze goes crazy
Dude perfectly explained seriously, not a lot of people really understand the metal-esque shoe gaze sound or really have conceptualized it
NO ONE EVER

a great deftones vibe as well on some songs like zero day

Very 90's. Which means very awesome.
I love this song. It’s so dreamy, I just melt away.
yeah
Literally the perfect way to describe it 😫
Listening to this gives me hope for the future of rock music
The view count of this is insulting. Can’t wait to space out to the new album.
share share share ttake ur friends to a show. ive introduced so many ppl to this band
You guys are crushing it! Definitely one of my favorite bands of the last 5 years.
Hum meets Slowdive, lol. More importantly, these guys are killin' it.
Loving this band..can't wait to finally see them in Leeds this Dec
This is so good, reminds me more of their downward years sound. Awesome video.
John Snider yessss
Sounds like old Starflyer 59. I dig it. Good to see kids keeping shoegaze alive.
Early Starflyer 59 was the perfect blend of grunge and shoegaze
The melody of this song gets me every time.
Gets better with every listen.
Good return to form. I missed the heart-on-the-sleeve approach that Guilty of Everything had. This chorus is heavenly.
Love this
Reminds me of Failure
You know this band got the shoegazing thing going for them and I have to say they are doing a good job with it.
i love how this blends shoegaze and alt rock, it makes me fucking float
Los amamos vengan a México por favor
I love the music of this band so much and I think it's a little unfair to compare the beauty of their music so directly to other bands.
d winter I completely agree, this is something I see people do way too much for bands, always instantly comparing them to some other acts instead seeing how they made the sound their own
This Is so beautiful, im speechless!!
Yess, Shoegaze becoming more popular!
More people need to listen to shoegaze, they will definitely love it,I sure do.
Amazingly gorgeous, guys. Can't wait to hear the whole thing.
Lyrics please!! The song vibes really takes you to another dimension!
I love nothing. Literally.

Guitar tone sounds like Siamese Dream. This band rules.
dope track!!
This is what the world needs. Damn was this a beautiful experience.

I really don't like the mixes
Everything these guys do is fucking pure gold
The only problem I have with this album is the quality, I got so used to tired of tomorrow's sound, this just seems a lot more lofi I guess

Kinda miss the polished vocal mix from Tired of Tomorrow.
still, good stuff.
Just randomly refound this after not hearing it for 5 years. Where do I know this from?

Deftones, My Bloody Valentine, maybe some Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins.. yeah, really fuck with these guys.
Huge Deftones "Sex Tape" vibes... I really like this!
Exactly what i thought
