You're writing the Bible on understanding your nerves in a competitive scene👍👍! I remember back in 09 getting mentally jumbled all the time on sf4 & just threw wins in the trash, now things are different, now it's just Tuesday💀😂 Keep up the great work sir!
It's a real thing when you're under a lot of pressure and get past that moment. I almost bowled a 300 a couple weeks ago in league during the second game and my hands were shaking since the 8th frame. Even after I messed it up I was still shaking and my arm was giving out so much that half of my shots in the last game my arm felt like tv static when I threw. Emotions are hard to curb for me when they pop up because I'm usually chill but I'm sure when I get the opportunity to go to an Evo I'll be shaking if I do any kind of good.
I've done acting and singing and the anxiety is so similar, but I'm not used to quieting the competitive anxiety yet. I do feel at my last local I played up to my standards so at least the cold feeling and heart racing and sometimes shivers aren't affecting me too much.
I said it could be considered cheating. Not that it is directly cheating. Again, I’m all for coaching provided it’s done in a fair and organized way. And honestly, if there’s no rule against it, there is no rule against it. In the end, that’s the best all end all way to interpret it. If anything - heaven forbid - went the path of a lawsuit or someone needed an official ruling, you go by what the rules state. You can’t make up rules on the fly by what one person “feels” is right or wrong. That would never fly.
Thanks for uploading these to TH-cam again Mr.Chen, you have been missed!
