One type I can never find - Sleep Aid/Aftercare style/Soothing TLC Video for Caregivers (or Single Parent/someone who's responsible for everything in their life), who never have anyone to look after them, no matter how ill or down or depressed they get, they still have to pull it together and carry on Caregiving......... Or comfort after fighting with a parent as an adult .... As a lifelong Caregiver (since age of 6, I'm now 48 - meaning I'm also lifelong single, which is hard going now) and the sole, primary, Caregiver for my 82 years old Father, who can be verbally abusive using my mental health issues as a weapon, ... sometimes looking for the perfect soothing/being looked after feeling, video at the end of the day, is hard to find, as those type of TLC videos are usually geared towards Aftercare post "couple activity", which is ok, and yours are good - but not quite the same as the daily thankless grind of Caregiving. Lol.

Thanks for all your hard work. :) If you did want to try making a video for that sort of listener, and needed research to create a script, you could try reading a few posts on single Mother's groups on facebook, or "unpaid Carer/Caregiver" groups, on Facebook or even Dementia Carer/Caregivers support groups, particularly, as it will give you insight on how it feels, by what questions are asked. .... If you are a single Mom, you can get out sometimes, and there can be a social contact element, like school gates chats and so on, but the work is also relentless and often thankless for years and years. ..... Often Caregivers for the elderly particularly, are isolated, and can't get out, as getting someone to "babysit" your person is several hundred dollars, if you do it a few times a month. Also, if they are elderly, their senses change and they don't like going out of 1 room. Their world literally shrinks. .... And because you can't be there for friends in person, because you can't just leave the house on a night out, or whatever, at drop of a hat, especially if there are mental health issues at play with the loved one you're looking after, you lose your friends over time too, and you literally become an extension of your person, day in, day out. A common thing is people feel like they lose who they are, because they literally have to be 100% focused on what that person needs next. And like now with me, I'm getting over Dental Sepsis, and got a Cold developing, and I'd just like to stay in bed and sleep. I've had 2 hours of sleep in the last 24, as Dad needed to get up at night to use the bathroom, so I had to get up to help with that, each time. Then up, wash him, dress him, do his meds, set him up for the morning, then clean up, swap tv channels for him, feed the animals, make 2 medical appointments, and now am preparing his lunch, which I then will feed him with, in between cups of Tea, and trying to mentally keep his mind active, deal with any abuse, and manage his other needs, until it's time to bathe him, dry him, apply lotions to protect his skin, re-medicate, and get him into bed (at a time of his choosing, which can be as late as 2am) with his book and his nightlight. ... and none of that includes other housework.... so you simply can't stop and be ill and recover. You are forced to carry on. I've been in this "job" now since 6 years old officially, so I don't know any other life, and don't know who I'd be without doing this. I'c a perpetual Cinderella! Lol. ... But sometimes when you're ill, as a Caregiver, you wonder what it's like to be looked after yourself, or just be held in bed, and allowed to rest, knowing someone else can just take over for a while. ..... Even in large families the role is usually left to just one person, with incorrect input from a Sibling who might visit twice in 6 months, who's no idea of the intensity the role actually is. The Aftercare videos are great for soothing the soul, but that nsfw hint is just a bit..off the mark! Lol. ....... I mentioned that in the vid cause for about a good year or so I had a running joke about there being a secret nsfw alt account somewhere on the internet and no one could find it, on April fools I revealed that it never existed lol, so that remark was just clarifying it cause some people were still a lil confused. As of not too spicy I really just mean actual nsfw content that wouldn't stay up on TH-cam lol, but I definitely have pushed the boundaries with some prequel/sequel type videos of that nature! I really appreciate your suggestions, and I'm glad I can help you rest easy! Though you definitely need more than 3.5 hours! Gotta rest n take care of yourself!
