Easy mode: Karma decreases to 1 instead of usual 2, 5 damage from hits on chapter 4 instead of usual 11, no menu bones, always advance even if you use an item, and 8 butterscotch pies instead of the other items.
If normal mode difficulty is 100...
Easy mode: 10
Hard mode: 500
For me...
Easy mode: Yes I wanted this difficulty
Normal mode: Oh no I can't even beat Chapter 2
Hard mode: I died on the first attack on Chapter 2
