You obviously haven’t heard of ATV. Solid acoustic design with arguably the best cymbals out there, plus you can use them with any module, VST on the market. EFNOTE hi-hats are propriety to the EFNOTE module much like the digital snare and ride with Roland. The EFNOTE 5 looks nice though, I’ll give it that!

So, two great drummers is a good idea. But to have two great friends on top of that made this event special. I realize EFNote paid for these guys, but they seemed to genuinely like these kits!
Thanks for your comments ,whichfulthinking! We at Artesia Pro brought in Tris and John after they played our EFNOTE kits at NAMM 2020 and were blown away. We did the same with Steve Ferrone, who is notorious for despising e-drums lol. I've since shot a good amount of videos with Tris and he is now using the drums with Michael McDonald on his new project with Bill Champlin. LOVE working with Tris and we live a couple miles from each other so much more to come! Stay tuned for him "cover" of what he played on This Is It! Michael
Right off the bat, It sounds immensely better than Roland. I've also seen the prices as well, Very reasonable and attainable. I will enjoy watching this company grow. Hopefully they will be able to incorporate VST's inside of Superior Drummer, Steven Slate drums, and Get Good Drums, seeing as this is where everything is headed into the near future.
This was great! I really liked that you had two separate versions if EFNotes up there, combined with two great drummers. Made it obvious in a way I might not have believed about how each kit can hold its own

the small efdrum kick looks a bit silly and cheap imho. The “3” silver kit looks a bit cheap to me as well and I’m not sure why they went for grey rims etc? Be good if you could choose different colours! Also white shells would look classy. The black 3x kit however looks really cool and unique and I love the kick on it and those stands. I have a roland TD9 that I have to get up and down my stairs and it’s a pain in the ass! The stands on the 3 series look like a godsend to me and would make the kit SO easy to transport. It’s the main reason I want some! I can’t believe there is no mention of this on their promotional materials as there is no other drum company making portable kits like this 🤩
Really enjoyed this! Are these kits compatible with a VST such as Superior Drummer / EZ Drummer? If so - what level of functionality is supported? Positional sensing? Cymbal chokes?

These EFNOTE drums are seriously some of the only drums out there that are giving Roland a real run for their money.

You should have a kit that combines the bigger kick with the half shell pads. Looks like a cool company and cool products.
