I'm Filipino but I don't even know what AIAH says. I think it's delicious or something 😂 They came from different parts or regions of the Philippines. We speak Tagalog and English but there are a lot of dialects/languages. AIAH and COLET are Bisaya, SHEENA, and STACEY are Ilocana, GWEN is Bicolana, MALOI, and JHOANNA are Tagalog and MIKHA is what we call conyo. She speaks Tagalog but the way she talks is like a person who belongs to a wealthy or well-off English-speaking family. 😂
Ilokano is a Filipino ethnic group in the north of the big Island of Luzon and their language. The Philippines has a hundred languages, about a dozen of which have over a million speakers.
Sheena and Stacey are Ilokanas. Baguio is a town in the mountains of the North of Luzon island. They speak Ilokano there but also lots of languages of mountain tribes.
About the rondalla sounding like Mexican music, the Philippines was connected to Mexico during Spanish times, there regularly were trading ships that went back and forth. Acapulco was the Mexican side of that exchange for 250 years.
On the Filipino side, Chinese came to trade with the Spanish so you have many Filipinos with Chinese mixed ancestry like SB19 Justin - and Mikha.

Glad to know other countries such as yourself is now getting to know Bini. I did know them pre debut and Born to win but was too busy with work and did not much saw any of their other songs after that maybe lack of advertising at that time I only remembered them when UNIS covered one of their songs and instantly hook again with them back tracking their songs after born to win.
