I live by Bancroft (I live here year round). Beautiful area, very woodsie, really well maintained roads. half way between 2 nice sized towns (Lincoln and houlton). Great area and safe. I could imagine this with a large enclosed porch. Spend 3 seasons in that room guaranteed.
The Mattawamkeag River, snowmobile and ATV trails around this area are second to none @nettierg ! Thank you for commnenting!

Idyllic. Just the right amount of land. Not too much to mow, but enough around to see critters, etc.
Nicely set up and divided house. Looks well kept up. Metal roof a plus. Back up heating avlbl. Year round snow plowing.
Privacy with access to things you need.
And the price! Woohoo! This one is great. Maybe add a big garage/storage later.
My only complaint is with the lenses used, particularly on this property. GREAT build, attractive, an easy palette to personalize...just would really have liked non wide angle shots... That said, another Mooers SCORE! Cool beans!

I do not mind a smaller lot if woods are all around. My neighbor just purchased a single wide home 80.000, no land. 65,000 you cannot go wrong.

I live close by. No high speed, all satellite. But I use Starlink and it's way faster than others offered. I had Comcast on the west coast before and Starlink is comparable.

Not in this rec vacation camp. No laundry but in Danforth there is a laudromat and one could be added easily here!
