- The Karnataka High Court will on Thursday take up Chief Minister
Siddaramaiah's writ petition challenging the order of Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot giving sanction for investigation against him in connection with irregularities in the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA). CM Siddaramaiah had previously received temporary relief from the court. The High Court had directed the lower court not to take any decision until August 29.

As said by Abhisek Singhvi, Governor's post are obstacles to progress and also no meaning when you have elected CMs running the state. Governor's post should be abolished or removed from the system.

What does the lawyer mean by, My Lord, "for the time being, let us assume" . Judiciary does not work under assumption.
If so, then the case against the chief minister is also based on assumption, right? The applicant doesn’t have any direct evidence against CM.. even he says CM ‘might’ have used his power.

Our CM has not done anything wrong his wife has 3.16 acres of land which has been allotted as sites for common people with out her permission now last BJP government allotted sites to her is true
@@n.chhaviurs3198 according to sources the purchase of land by the CM wife itself is under question . The question of BJP allotment is not an issue.BJP can be questioned for why they had not looked into it before allotment.
