Hello there. Thanks for the beautiful video but the buildings seen at 4.51 are absolutely not in Port Marianne, those 2 buildings are called NEOS 1 & 2 and are located at Sabines neighborhood. The neighborhood seen at 6.31 is not Croix d'Argent but Eureka Park. Same at 6.37, still not Croix d'Argent but again Neos buildings at Sabines neighborhood. 6.53 is still not Croix d'Argent but again Sabines. 7.20 is not Croix d'Argent but Chateau d'ô... Sorry for those "details"... but the video is great ;)
Je regrette que cette vidéo ne montre pas ce pont romain " Les arceaux " dans la continuité de la place du Peyrou, ainsi que le jardin des plantes à coté de la faculté de médecine.
Very different places. Paris is a big city (2 million in the city-proper, 10+ million in greater Paris) while Montpellier is a medium-sized city (~300k city-proper and under 500k in the agglomeration). And Paris remains a "northern" French city with its slate (and zinc) mansard or high-pitched roofs while Montpellier is a typical southern French city with terracotta barrel tiled low-pitched roofs and a very dense old quarter like you can find throughout central Italy or central Spain, while Paris lost the integrity of its old quarter in the mid-1800s but it got in exchange many tree-lined boulevard and avenues with stately facades. They are both beautiful differently.
Occitanie has many great places, I agree, but I enjoyed seeing and experiencing Brittany, Normandy, Provence, Savoy (the French Alps) and Alsace just as much. There are places in other parts of France that beautiful Occitanie doesn't offer.
@@edb3255 Haha, I live in the tropics and I still am not interested in that vibe. But I respect it! I'd love to go to Russia or Budapest in the summer!
@@FSVR54 Russia is a very large country so I don't doubt that it has a lot of natural beauty to explore. However, it doesn't have the countless well-preserved historic quarters and entire historic towns that Europe has. If it's history and/or eye candy towns you want to explore anywhere in Europe (cold north or warm Mediterranean south), I'll send over some specific destinations. Budapest is very beautiful along the river but that quickly diminishes as you get further away from the river. Russia's USSR left a big scar in that city. However there's much more to see in Hungary than Budapest.

I passed by this city many times, to Spain, but did not have the opportunity to visit. Thank you for the tour!
IMHO the best city in Europe - perfect climate, beautiful old and new architecture and it has it all you can ask for.
I have to agree with you, even though France is not even in my top 3 favorite Euro countries...Occitanie is a total gem
Beautiful Montpellier 👍👍👍

How easy was it to get permission to fly over the city?
Ville de Marseille por favor
Lol
Best city in France, not even close. Not even worth visiting France outside of Occitanie. Occitanie is the best part!!

@@edb3255 In the summer, sure. I don't like cold northern shit. I go to Europe it's all Mediterranean baybee
