Interfoveolar fibres of transversus abdominis
Right lobe given to the recipient
Left lobe left with the donor
Which liver segment drains dorectly into IVC? Segment 1
Hepatic vein thrombosis, Bud-chiari syndrome

Surgical capsule - seen in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

Superior recess is closed, inferior recess is open at the bottom. Infection & abscess at the inferior part may reach the pelvis.
Right paracolic gutter is continuous above with subhepatic & suprahepatic spaces
Left paracolic gutter isn't continuous due to phrenicocolic ligament
Contents of mesentery: False jejunum & ileum
