I worked at Garza Blanca Los Cabos for almost a year and I realized all the fraud that they did to the guests they charged money for something that they had not even asked for or that they did not even eat and they sent them the cheapest drinks, but They charge them Van as if it were the mask and then when he signed on the check they would tell him that they left tips of $ 10 or $ 15 dolloer when they did not even tip room service..
@@theblessedtraveler7477 they pad your all inclusive tabs to claim more of the shared resort tip pool. Nothing more, all resorts do it and if you’re all inclusive you’re fine.
Just returned from my trip to Cabo and we stayed here. I booked through Costco travel and I went with the all inclusive package. Was worth it. I did notice the dinner receipts sometimes didn’t make sense with all that was charged but I just signed. When I checked out it was all a zero balance for me. I left cash tips for everything.

So how does spa work if I select the inclusive package? I'm not seeing any price on the menu online....is it included minus gratuity/surcharge?
I would suggest talking to the sales person to explain. I did not own any packages.
