There is this TH-camr by the name of Willie D that was actually there when Mr. Amos was in the hospital and recorded the incident when he was leaving the hospital. There was no mention of his daughter and she wasn't on any of the videos

Thank God the son is allowed nowhere near him and that someone else which I hope is his daughter is taking care of him. John Amos is a legend and to hear him go through something like that is heartbreaking especially by his own son so I’m glad someone stepped in to help him.

I’m not at all surprised. What family doesn’t have their own share of issues? No family is perfect and families have their share of drama but it’s a damn shame that these grown ass children cannot get it together and come together for the sake of their father that made sure they had everything. John Amos gave us a great body of work for decades. My heart goes out to Mr. John Amos, he deserves to spend the rest of his years he has left in peace and enjoying the rest his retirement. I feel SO badly for Mr. John having to go through this stress and drama during his sunset years. He should be enjoying his remaining life and retirement along with the money he made over his lifetime. Instead, he's dealing with potentially greedy sharks circling around him in the form of family and friends trying to get his money, a daughter who may or may not have his best interests at heart, and an apparently mentally unstable son. ...that's _a lot_ for even a _younger_ person to handle, much less an elder with pre-existing health problems. ☹️
