I am so trusting. I am almost trying my hardest to keep my eyes open...I love the visions of color, the rainbow...a lot of times the focus is too complicated for me to imagine and I get lost. However, this was simple and well...we will see about the dreams. My head is currently on a pillow...lol, but I am sure its because I am stimulated with being hypnotized 5 times....I love it!
Something strange I've noticed is that when these videos cure my insomnia and I go into a deep sleep the moment the video ends and there is silence I wake almost immediately, I know this because when I awake I look at the time and see the video had only just ended. All the the time the video is playing I'm unconsious, totally comatose but the moment the video ends I awake and my heart starts racing again, this even happens after the eight hour videos but I don't mind that because I know I have had a long sleep and I feel refreshed.
I wasn't expecting this to be as effective as it was, and I did become a bit concerned about how the colors gave a correlating emotional reaction. A distinct and clear emotion each time the colors were announced, it was a very smooth transition. Thank you.
First of all i enjoyed this. even though i didnt fall asleep it was easy to follow her instructions and made it almost fun. This is the first time i ever tried something like this..I went in with a open mind and found her passionate and very soothing . I will try again at least for the relaxation . I think she is cool

I wouldnt say I exactly... sleeped but it surely made me feel extremely calm. And was instrumental in helping me sleep properly
Something strange I've noticed is that when these videos cure my insomnia and I go into a deep sleep the moment the video ends and there is silence I wake almost immediately, I know this because when I awake I look at the time and see the video had only just ended. All the the time the video is playing I'm unconsious, totally comatose but the moment the video ends I awake and my heart starts racing again, this even happens after the eight hour videos but I don't mind that because I know I have had a long sleep and I feel refreshed.

I wasn't expecting this to be as effective as it was, and I did become a bit concerned about how the colors gave a correlating emotional reaction. A distinct and clear emotion each time the colors were announced, it was a very smooth transition. Thank you.
First of all i enjoyed this. even though i didnt fall asleep it was easy to follow her instructions and made it almost fun. This is the first time i ever tried something like this..I went in with a open mind and found her passionate and very soothing . I will try again at least for the relaxation . I think she is cool
