Heather, you are a light for so many people, myself included. I love seeing your smile, it encourages me to smile; especially when I don't want to. God bless.
So uplifting and special to see you do what seems to be one of your most favorite things - canning. The joy you share is so motivating and inspiring. I bought this jam and jelly maker a little over two years ago and it has been a game-changer for me. This coupled with two of the digital canners tested, reviewed and recommended by the Rosered Homestead channel has made it possible for me to continue home canning. At 69, I no longer feel safe canning with pressure canners and pots of “molten” fruit and sugar. These tools, while still requiring attention to safety, have made me comfortable but also produce excellent results. I encourage any person who has reduced or given up on home canning due to safety concerns to try using the jam and jelly maker and the approved digital electric canners. Again, so wonderful to witness your inspirational journey. Although you still have more healing to do, you will never know how many lives you have touched or encouraged to start over again. You are truly a blessing to us all. Continued love and prayers ❤️🙏
WOW, Heather, you had me in tears; what a beautiful message! I sure needed this this morning. I've been feeling pretty down these last few days, but your spiritual encouragement helped me surrender my sadness and hand it over to our heavenly father. Honestly, I need to remember to do that more often. I know God only gives us what we can handle. Thank you so much, my beautiful friend. Enjoy that jam and Jelly maker 💕🙏

I, too lost my husband, but in a very different way. You put words to my emotional and physical state that I could not quite describe. Yes! I’m in the pull back state. Thank you for the warning to buckle up and get ready for God to launch me into a new life.
I hope you can feel my spiritual hug right now. So so sorry for what you endured. You are the arrow in the Lords quiver. He WILL propel you forward in greatness and kingdom purpose. You got this, Queen!!!!❤️💋
Hi Heather: I posted a comment before with an attachment to the Ball Jam and Jelly maker, but I guess YT doesn't like attachments!! However, it looked recent. I think they had 2 types available. People have no idea how your life is affected when your hands are damaged. I truly appreciate your joy of being able to do some of the things you love to do with your hands, Heather. Take care of your hands, everyone and teach your children to wear braces when skateboarding, etc..
Good Morning Heather, I, for one of many, admire your beautiful spirit!! Your Love of God shines through with everything you do. I am so happy to see you back to your You Tube channel inspiring us and teaching us. I also admire your "Loyalty" to the people that have inspired you in your life and who you have learned your skills from. I saw your video yesterday on the Presto automatic canner, and how you gave Pam, on Rose Red Homestead credit for all of her scientific testing on the auromatic pressure canners, proving how safe they are. I have 2 of the Nesco pressure canners that she tested and use them all the time. The USDA has really let us down by not doing the testing they should be doing. I am impressed that you still stand behind the products that have been tried and true for all the past years of home canning. Meaning Ball, Presto, and Nesco. So many of the TH-camrs have forgotten some of these and have turned to the 'New" products that really have not stood the test of time. Thank you for stepping up again. Prayers and Blessings for you and your channel.
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Our God is so good. I was looking this up online and got discouraged by the prices.... Ran to Walmart to grab a few things and low and behold there it was in the clearance isle, for $40! I'm still shaking and praising God for all that he put in my cart and the means to pay for it. My budget is tight but I knew I couldn't pass it up. YAY I get to #JaritupJanuary with you!
I have said to you a while back that god well tell when its time to get back to canning on his time and now its time Heather your turn to shine through with love, smiles and god at your side. Amen on Proverbs 31. My favorite. God Bless you and Family and always your friend. ❤🙏🙏🌹can't wait until you make another video on the jelly maker. 😊
We are in a season of sitting right now. 2023 brought blessings and also devastation. Questions and pleading along with trying to be still and listen and understand the why and the what’s next. Heather I absolutely can not imagine how wonderful it will be to spend eternity with you!
You are a blessing 🙌 to so many. I got back into canning after my father passed. I must have made every jam and jelly recipe you had. Wish I had one of these, which I think I'm going to purchase 😂.
I have that and have enjoyed it. I moved from a home with a gas stove to a glass electric cooktop (which I hate) and got this to help me keep doing homemade jelly.

I have one and I love it! No standing and stirring, no guessing. O do show that Ace Hardware stil have some. And some read makers have a JAM setting that do about the same thing. I love my SAKI double paddle bread machine for that!
Well I never knew there was such a thing and I have to tell you this is very excitig. For some reason I can never get jams or jellys right so I am happy to know that maybe I can now!! Love you to. looking forward to some more canning. xoxo
I found one on clearance at Walmart last fall. I brought it home and wrapped it up for Christmas 😂. I can’t wait to start using it this next week. I’m planning to jam up all my frozen fruit during pantry challenge.
I haved had this since 2020, I do can the jam in the 4 oz jars. Then water bath in a small canning kettle. I also can not stand, due to scolosis and arthritis.
Hi. I saw on amazon an automatic pit stirer that might be helpful to you. It is called stirmate gen 3 . i also saw Ace shows having it but was old post and couldnt find anyway to order it. Love seeing all your helpful items to help people with issues :)
I don't have a YT channel or post videos, but I do have a couple of very good jelly recipes I make in my Ball Jam & Jelly Maker. I just made some delicious cherry jelly using half a bottle of tart cherry juice and half a bottle of sweet black Cherry Juice. The two combined make for a wonderful flavor explosion on top of a piece of buttered toast. :) Here's the recipe for you. Cherry Bomb Diggity Jelly (increased batch size) Ingredients: 2 and 1/4 cups 100% Tart Cherry Juice 2 and 1/4 cups 100% Black (sweet) Cherry Juice 1 Tbsp lemon juice 6 and 1/2 Tbsp Ball Classic pectin 3/4 tsp butter 5 and 1/4 cups sugar *Total Juice = 4.5 cups (use 100% juice with no added sugar) Important Step: Pour juice (tart cherry, black cherry, and lemon) through fine strainer into large measuring cup or bowl; this ensures juice is free of pulp for clear jelly. Sprinkle in pectin; whisk well. Do not use juice with added calcium or it could mess up the set. Jam and Jelly Maker Directions: • Place J&J Maker on counter near outlet. Set lid aside (lid remains OFF). Pour juice and pectin mixture into inner pot; add butter. Do not add sugar yet. • Since the recipe is an increased batch, adding an extra three minutes of cook time may be helpful. Press the Jelly button, press the + sign to add 3 minutes, and then press Enter. • When J&J Maker sounds off with 4 beeps in 4 minutes, add sugar as stirring paddle continues its rotation. Break up clumps with silicone brush. Listen for end-of-cycle beeps. Unplug base. Be careful removing paddle as contents will be HOT. Skim foam if necessary and prepare to immediately jar up jelly. Leave 1/4-inch headspace and process jars using preferred method for 10 minutes. Enjoy your J&J Maker. I have two and use them all of the time. God bless you. You are a joy and inspiration.
I say this appliance on our local FB marketplace today for $50. Wonder if that’s a good deal. I do a few jams, but never jelly. Didn’t know I could make if from grape juice
also I found a Ball Freshtech jam and jelly maker at toovideos for $73.00 I was shocked at the price but they are limited is my guess. go look and see what you think!
I have two of these and make double batches to can! I am searching for a cranberry jalapeño recipe. Mine are mild to begin, but get hotter and hotter and HOTTER. Let’s develop a great cranpino recipe!
Hey girl! Do you mix and match your own dread extensions or do you purchase a set the company already has put together? Do you prefer them braided with your part or braided back?
Right now i am mix matching but I am going to go straight wavy next install. They are sooooo much lighter!! A little more maintenance but I dont mind. I like the softer look of the waves on me and they hold in my thin, fine hair better. These are the one I am currently wearing: www.etsy.com/listing/1178549815/
Oh Gail, I wish I had an easy, cut and dry answer for you. Be in prayer. I wore a head covering for months so I was in constant prayer. It helped me to tune out all the distractions and trust me, I had a lot of them. Get into the Word. Building a relationship and not a religion. Jesus wants your heart not your theology. I have come into a relationship with my Lord and Savior but like a marriage, it takes constant effort. I stopped doing a lot of mindless things like watching tv. Listening to secular music. If it doesnt edify me and bring me closer to my Father then I have cut it out. I spend my free time in my Bible. In Bible studies. Listening to sermons. Fellowshipping with women of Christ. Surrounding myself with His children. I spent 2 hours last week over at my church, anointing the doors and windows with oil and prayer. 😆 Thats how I spend my time. I sit with my kiddos and play games. I color with Mina. I am teaching Mason how to cook. I pour into myself so I can bear good fruit to give to my children. I really have cut off of me all the dead branches that distract me away from whats important. I am on borrowed time now. So I fill it with whats important. They things I so desperately clung to while laying in that ICU fighting to live. Cut the worldly trash out. Sit in stillness and talk to your creator who loves you so much. Who is chasing after your heart. Surround yourself with His goodness. Thats what I do. Not always easy. But we have the curse if Free Will so we get to choose every day how we choose to live. Pouring my prayers over you Gail. 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
@@TheKneadyHomesteader Thank you so much Heather!!! I read my Bible, not as often as I should but I do. And there is times I don't understand it!!! Jesus speaks in parables alot, which is hard for me to understand!! Thank you again and I wish you a great 2024!!
Greetings from Ft Bragg, NC area! I was gifted one of these jam and jelly makers about 2 years ago. I quickly found that it only properly makes jam or jelly when you make it by "their" recipe only. It takes all your control away and makes very very small batches. If you see you need to cook it longer because it isn't jelling enough, too bad and once it is finished, you will have to wait for the heat plate to cool down before you can start it again. So, if your jam or jelly needs more time, you will have to transfer to a pot on your stove. They say in their videos that you can just emjoy "syrup" if it doesn't jell. But, who wants a cabinet or fridge full of syrup? You make jam and jelly for jam and jelly. The ONLY way around this is to set the maker to the maximum time of 30 min at the beginning. Then, you can remove it early if need be. Problem with that is there is no "resting" or doing something else as you will have to watch it in that scenario. I almost never use mine. It is much easier to just use the stove top. You won't be able to "rest" for 30 min as you had planned.Im sorry to say. You also must use Ball brand pectin or it doesn't come out according to their instructions. Again, you are limited to 4 or 5 recipes as it is not set up to make your recipe nor alter their recipes. I can see why it is discontinued. It is more for millenial girls who want to make about 3 jars of cute jam or syrup and not for serious canners.
Good Morning Miss Heather, I did look that up and it shows ACE hardware, Walmart and Amazon. With that said ACE was the most expensive and the other 2 were out of stock. Happy Canning!

Thank you for sharing😊
I haved had this since 2020, I do can the jam in the 4 oz jars. Then water bath in a small canning kettle. I also can not stand, due to scolosis and arthritis.
Love you 💕 !

@@TheKneadyHomesteader My pleasure! Love your cookin'!! 😄🥳
Have fun, make some jam, turn up the volume ❤
I don't have a YT channel or post videos, but I do have a couple of very good jelly recipes I make in my Ball Jam & Jelly Maker. I just made some delicious cherry jelly using half a bottle of tart cherry juice and half a bottle of sweet black Cherry Juice. The two combined make for a wonderful flavor explosion on top of a piece of buttered toast. :) Here's the recipe for you.
Cherry Bomb Diggity Jelly (increased batch size)
Ingredients:
2 and 1/4 cups 100% Tart Cherry Juice
2 and 1/4 cups 100% Black (sweet) Cherry Juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 and 1/2 Tbsp Ball Classic pectin
3/4 tsp butter
5 and 1/4 cups sugar
*Total Juice = 4.5 cups (use 100% juice with no added sugar)
Important Step: Pour juice (tart cherry, black cherry, and lemon) through fine strainer into large measuring cup or bowl; this ensures juice is free of pulp for clear jelly. Sprinkle in pectin; whisk well. Do not use juice with added calcium or it could mess up the set.
Jam and Jelly Maker Directions:
• Place J&J Maker on counter near outlet.
Be still and know I AM. GOD AMEN
also I found a Ball Freshtech jam and jelly maker at toovideos for $73.00 I was shocked at the price but they are limited is my guess. go look and see what you think!
Jackpot!!!!!! Whata find!!!!!😆🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Love the cross ring you have on, may I ask where you got that?

I’m in a season of health struggle with sore on my feet and my husband on his third round of being diagnosed with cancer 😭
Heather, how do you surrender? I want to do this for Jesus and me! Please explain how to!! Thank you!!
