INGREDIENTS
1 pound box of phyllo 9″x14″ sheets, room temperature 酥皮500克 室温
¾ cup clarified butter or ghee 过滤的黄油 200克
For Simple Syrup:糖浆
1 cup granulated sugar 糖200克
¾ cup water 水175克
1 tablespoon lemon juice 柠檬汁15克
For the Sugared Nuts: 坚果碎
3 cups raw or roasted walnuts coarsely chopped in food processor 核桃450克 或者 核桃和开心果
cinnamon 肉桂3克
