I flew TG several times on my private journeys from Germany to bkk. You're right, flying TG is always a great experience.

I want to ask for everyone here opinion... I have the same price for Singapore Airlines (SQ) and Thai Airways (TG) from Bangkok to Jakarta. Which one is recommended ? Even with SQ will layover in Changi airport for some times.
i am agree with Yoel but the SQ flight will take longer time because of the layover in SIN while the TG flight is gonna be direct, for the services onboard and other things, well it depends on your own taste, both are great!

THAI has been used the A 330 to Jakarta for at least 20 years....this flight used to stop in Singapore way back in 1995 when I flew it??

nice video, apparently KUL flight is considered premium heavy and flown by latest 787,77W, we rarely get the a330 nowadays

One surprising thing I noticed on every Thai airways flight was there was no safety demonstrations on any flight.
