Still happens to me, i wonder if servers or my internet is the issue (eventhough i always have 10 ping

My friend does not have this problem but i do. Every. Single. Game. Believe me or not but i was pretty good at CS:GO. But with CS2 it's like. I shoot and shoot and shoot but hits are not registering.

Guys it is still game based on sever-client. Maybe you were in palace but he killed you when you was outside, because information about the kill is firstly process on server, then you receive the information about being dead. Thats why there is a lot of situation when you think that you are already safe, but then you are dead. Because there is a little latency between your pc and server which hosting the game.
is there any fix to this mess? i'm getting really bored of getting onetapped when no one is in my screen
Get a better internet + move closer to the servers as it's tied to ping
Valve could fix that but they won't because we don't bring as much money as their piggies in Florida and Texas/Arizona

@@delrokuit's not tied to ping you idiot, it's literally a netcode issue. They fucked up the lag compensation system
desubtick your game
use ethernet instead of wifi and/or get better internet. it doesnt have to be faster(everything higher then 100mbps is fine), it has to be stable and consistent with bigger bandwidth. Usually better speed = bigger bandwidth but not always and i am not sure how to check that but if you have small ping and high speed then your bandwidth is good. But the biggest problem is valve themselves. Instead of using 128 (or even 256 tick why not) they decided to invent bicycle once more and failed again
This happened in cs go also quite often but not as often as on cs2 now...

I've got against Diavolo in every single match. I can't hit the mf and he hits me even after i pass through the wall.. definitely it's some op ahh stand mf user every single time.
