My first language is Japanese, so I used a translator to write this comment, so I'm not sure if I can explain it well.
"Gothic & Lolita Bible" was a magazine that was published regularly in Japan about 10 years ago, along with a magazine called "KERA". When reading magazines on the internet became popular, those magazines also moved to websites. When I was a teenager, I loved Lolita fashion and bought "Gothic & Lolita Bible" and "KERA" for at least a few years. So I was very sad when the magazines stopped publication. Those magazines were really great. There were many magazines about fashion, but there were almost no magazines that dealt with Lolita fashion or punk fashion other than them.
I live in the countryside of Japan, and nowadays I hardly see anyone wearing Lolita fashion or punk fashion (although I think there are a lot of people wearing Lolita fashion in cities like Tokyo). There used to be a few Lolita fashion stores in the countryside where I live, but they have all closed down.
As I grew up, I got rid of all my Lolita clothes because it's easier to "get by" in Japan if I don't go against Japanese customs and values (or maybe I'm just a coward). Your videos remind me how wonderful it is to live life the way I want to. Thank you for the videos.

haha to me 100k is plenty viral for a vlog that had 90 last week… posting on TH-cam is really fun! My advice is to not make content that you think other people will like, it’s always obvious when a product is made with only commercial success in mind.
To be honest, I’m self taught when it comes to pixel art and editing so it’s hard to explain in words. I think I could only describe my process is finding an item of media that is my muse and combining it with my own flair.

I work in editorial design and I love the vibe of those magazines so much! I made a fashion zine inspired by them for one of my uni projects but my prof told me it looked trashy 😭 I had to take out all of the cute touches in order to pass and I'm still salty about that
