    Great job with the step-by-step install! I went with the perch mount. It gave me more positioning options and it's mounted lower. Like you said, I am not a fan of mounting stuff on my bars - at least within my road/traffic line-of-sight.

      Je did not address negative points. If you are doing a review post good and bad. The reason for the rubber over the part that plugs into the charger, if it comes incotact with metal it will blow the fuse. Most powerful inductive charger B.S. others like RidePower charge phones whe ciro will not.

    Great video. I have been thinking about the Ciro phone holder. Great idea about getting an adapter for USB-C, all you will need to know is what size DC plug is on the Ciro and you will be able to find a connector. Semper Fi

    Just installed them on my kst spearheads using the bar mount. I buy the offset perch mount. I can’t get the phone looking up to me. It only goes so high

    Was the fuel tank already empty? I've seen other vids that says you have to drain the fuel tank. Also I see you didn't remove the fairing, is it necessary to remove or not.

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  ปีที่แล้ว

      Fuel tank was not empty. You can take the fuel tank off even when it’s full, just takes a little muscle. You do not need to remove the fairing. I only removed the dash panel, so I could follow the wire up the handlebars for a cleaner look.

    To be honest, I purchased a phone holder thinking I needed it but ended up being too much to deal with and it was a distraction while I was riding. Before I got my road glide I was riding free lol now I connect my phone through usb and people can call me while riding … 😅😂

    • @RAIDERWORLD
      @RAIDERWORLD  2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Alrighty, getting rid of the functional, but huge Amazon phone holder and went with the cool Ciro.
    Have you considered doing something else besides "everything has to go to the battery"? There are some nice HD solutions (power, acc switches, etc) and also some nice power distribution units. I like FuzeBlocks for its simplicity and manual programmability.

    Waterproof? Adjustable? 1st Waterproof, what is the rating for waterproof? I have heard many complaints about the unit shorting out when caught in the rain. The cable plugged into the bottom also corrodes. If unplugged and the power cable touches the tank it blows the fuse. Last it does not charge through many Otterbox cases. Adjustable, the Ciro does not adjust much it is very limited once the mount is attached to the handlebars. Also the (bolt) on the back is plastic.

      As for waterproof, I live in Florida where it rains on a daily basis. I have had no issues. If your looking for something that adjusts more than this mount, just buy an iPad holder. If you watched the entire video, I used a black cap that you can purchase on Amazon to cover up the terminal/power connector. Thank You for watching

      @@RAIDERWORLD RidePower inductive cell phone charger mount has more adjustability. And is more water resistant than ciro. I too live in Florida
