Two groups with enormous impact and influence in Kpop. Artists with different backgrounds, different sounds and artistic approach, coming from different companies but feeling the same passion for music. That commands respect :-) I have never cared for Big Bang and still don´t (their sound is just not my cup of tea) but seeing two Titans of the industry being so humble and civil and respectful in front of each other and their craft is really neat. Yoongi is such a lovely grounding element, he says it as it is, in simple but eloquent manner, he never sugar coats or indulges in word salad bravado that so many artists are guilty of, talking, talking and saying nothing ....it was a nice exchange between the two.
The Government screwed with BTS Venue for too long. Can you imagine what BTS and all the staff th had to go through knowing the Busan Concert would be their last until 2025 and they couldn't say anything. Run BTS song and choreography was for Army's even though you said you hate the song.
BIGBANG esp Tae, GD and TOP are more honest, vulnerable and GROUNDED than u think. U can really see their depth and humanity they have esp in interviews. Now u see what person HE TRULY IS, you've been bashing them before and now ur asking how to be this guy. That's good progress for all the people who's hating them without knowing them.
Im from southeast asia. I was never into kpop. I heard Wedding Dress when it came out, it was played in our country many times i just dont know he sang it. Fast forward today.. I only found out that Tae sang it a day after Vibe dropped! Lol Im playing ENL everyday since vibe dropped. Especially the live performance at sbs with a girl ona blue bomber jacket! That live performance is insane. I play it first before i proceed to my usual bts playlist. He's very likeable. Im having the urge to buy something from him like old solo abums like that but im controlling myself. I think im jusy having a phase for liking another artist. And i dont wanna have regrets afterwards on spending money. The only artists that made me wanna buy something is bts. Ive never spent on anyone before bts. Just bts. So i just wanna take some time to just apprecuate Tae, maybe if after 3mos i still like him, or maybe after his new album drop, i might buy it. 😜 He's nice, maybe because he's all mature now, his wisdom are very relatable. As an adult, i love the way he thinks and talks. What an adorable conversation between 2 amazing artists 💕
Reading the comments on the live comments I saw people saying that never saw BTS and/ or Jimin singing BigBang songs, and in fact they did it several times in diverse moments, in Bangtan bombs, on noreabangs of Mnet, in Masked Singer, in radio programs Jimin impersonated TY, and a long etc. They were legit fans, because of course, Bigbang were the kings from 2008 til 2018 when they went to the military. BB were the "it" idol group.
I liked Taeyung instantly, what a lovely humble guy. He has been going 17 years in the Industry. Been on a 6 year absence 2 of those years in the Military and is married with a 3 year old son, he has been through a alot. Jimin chose the right idol to look up to. Jimin has a knack for choosing his friends and people around him wisely. Best collaboration.
Taeyang is so genuine, you can just see it in his eyes when he smiles. Gdragon waa meant to be a celebrity of celebrities yes, that guy is just built different. But off cam, Gdragon is really shy
Funny how you say shit about the rest of bigbang without knowing them. If you actually watched bigbang survival show before debut and documentaries from their tours you’d know that bigbang are more grounded than what the media paints them to be.
As I'm a recovering alcoholic, I'll say that my mind cleared without booze (and some therapy). No judgement as I'm 53 and only quit 3 years ago but yeah. Now if I could give up the cigs maybe I could run and exercise like these guys do lol. Taeyang and Yoongi are so incredibly wise, especially for their young ages. Love them both 💖 such a great conversation which didn't feel like an "interview" but just two guys chatting. ✌💜
it was interesting to watch the other clips too, and loved reading the live comments at the same time, youve fostered a lovely community of people in the comments
i know good boy really good song for vibing but there are also many people didn't know kpop before. personally i know many bigbang songs and their solos even im not a fan. bigbang was really big in kpop scene and asia but yeah kpop really becoming global around 2017. so i understand some people didn't know bigbang and their songs because of that, or maybe age gap or maybe bcs of their long hiatus
@@BinguTOP98 true, but they didn't do stadium tour outside asia and their song didn't chart high outside asia. but yeah some of their songs popular among non kpop fans like bangbangbang and fantastic baby. they do popular even legends in kpop history, until now, but not outside asia or not among general public
@@ellengustina what are you even talking about? BigBang was the first artist to win an international award. Which was back in 2011. If they weren't famous globally then how come I know them? Also, look at their concert stats. Even today, no one can beat their concert audience presence. Gdragon 's solo concerts had more audience than other group's concerts.
@@BinguTOP98 maybe tell me the award?? they didn't get nominations in big award (grammy, AMA, Bbma) and bigbang album peaked at billboard chart on #150. they didn't do stadium tour outside asia. i don't disrespect them. really. but we talk abt impact and number here. they are really famous. like i said i know them too bcs they are icon. and if u look at their concert stats, the big numbers are from asia. they did concert in america and europe too, but it was arena tour, not stadium. so yeah they are popular but not mainstream outside asia.
I remember TOP saying if you dont like our music then dont listen to it. Find something you can listen to.. that's how frank they are.. they are the type of group that they would never please you.. the reason why VIP(fandom) is so savage too..they even make fun of Bigbang the way they did.. the black ocean that kpop group that been afraid to have? Vip are doing that to tease bigbang.
it is also very interesting how taeyang and gdragon r such good friends they r friends since school gdragon also told a funny story of how taeyang saved him from bullies.
your comments about GD are interesting, because GD is absolutely reknowned , even in Korea, for being extremely humble and down to earth when you meet him, famous for his 90 degree bow and shy personality. Extravagent lifestyle sure, but GDs fame is such that theres more stories about him than anyone, and everyone from waiters to other failed idols have always talked about how nice he was, so I would question the part where you talk about his ego. however, Im saying this from the other side of the world so that has to be taken into account too. People have only changed their mind about taeyang because theyre actually seeing him in an interview, otherwise they would have made all sorts of stereotypes about him too
GD have this natural aura of a superstar, even doing nothing. That's why he was commonly mistaken as arrogant. But, if you only knew he was actually the most shy member in BB. He's the type of guy who'll bow 90° even to rookies idol. He was famous in the industry for being that humble, despite of being a superstar. It's just his contribution in Kpop industry is so huuuuge, and he's so super perfectionist on his craft and art, that our perceive value of him became unhumane. But if you'll watch how he acts off stage, he's one of the the grounded and the shy-est guy you'll ever meet.
Why did I cry at seeing them after the concert. I think I can sum up, seeing them in their element and knowing how happy are with ARMY, gives me euphoria and melancholy. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
You're always so negative when the conversation shifts to anything Taeyang or Bigbang related. It's actually really jarring to see since everyone else that has an opinion on Taeyang always speaks on how sweet and genuine he is. I see you quickly switched your approach to match your chat's reactions when they started to speak on Yoongi's admiration. Idk if your perspective is influenced by some weird rivalry going on between their fans (as if both groups can't be successful) or what, but it's a corny attitude to have.
Thank you for reposting it on TH-cam. I don't have a Twitter account so I can't post comments or chat with you over there. But it's been a few days since I watched your reaction so I don't even remember what I wanted to say then. Anyway, just stopping by to say hello. I hope you're doing well Jino.

People sometimes confuse confidence for arrogance.
Everyone in BIGBANG is very well-mannered, polite and down to earth. Each of them is very shy in life.
