Merit & Hardwork are the main principles for success. Domestic cricket structure must be improved. Lack of balance and not covering all basis in selecting playing 11 are the main issues. We have many spinners like Yasir Shah, Abrar, Nauman, Zahid, Sajid and others. Pak should have Pakistani Selector and Coach. They understand Pakistan's cricket. Coach must be Misbah for batting, Mushtaq for spin, Waqar or wasim for fast bowling. Captain must have 40 plus average. Anyway best of luck.
