烹饪空心菜最有营养的部分是叶子，所以下次多煮叶子而不是茎
我们六七十年代也是农民，也吃过很多空心菜，做空心菜最重要的是要用大蒜炒
腐乳要加点水化开后再加入炒好的空心菜里然后翻炒几秒钟就可以上桌了
