Good morning Ray, the second mouthpiece is the size 3HF. Cup diameter n. 3 (16,62 mm) H (High cup) F (Flat rim) throat 3,66 mm standard, and Medium backbore n. 101 standard, brillant sound.
It's one of his own - Lotus Trumpets. It's a four-valve, but the fourth is hidden underneath the first valve slide, triggered by his left thumb. The tubing for it wraps around the valve casing at the bottom. th-cam.com/video/eUCIqczY5AE/w-d-xo.html

Austin Benesh He's still play on monette mouthpiece,but recently He purchased He's own Trumpet company and that horn on video is the thing.
