Even if I got my PhD degree which I've ben trying to achieve for 5 years now I couldn't even feel like to celebrate it. I feel like I have nothing but this depression in me.

no sé ni siquiera como podría continuar con mi vida, como puedo seguir sabiendo que todo lo que soy esta en completa decadencia, no puedo avanzar y solo seguir si se que todo lo que me ha pasado estará en mi, en mi mente y marcado en mis brazos, no puedo hacer nada por mi, sin el apoyo de mis papás soy nada, simplemente nada, creí que al menos con mis amigos y mi pareja estaría bien pero con un papá que me intentó abandonar dos veces y una mamá dependiente a su esposo es tan difícil siquiera seguir con vida sin arruinarme cada vez más; me estoy cayendo y nadie puede levantarme, me siento estancada y atrapada en algo que ya viví, sin poder levantarme no sé como haré para continuar persiguiendo mis metas, creí que en vacaciones mejoraría mentalmente pero no, jamás había vivido algo tan difícil y abrumador, es algo que me consume y por más que se lo exprese a mi mamá a ella nunca tendrá la intención de ayudarme por sus problemas mentales; soy un ser insuficiente porque ella dice amarme más que a nadie pero vive atada a mi papá, sin importarle que su presencia me tiene muerta en vida, solo creo que no podré salir de esta y cada vez estoy más cerca.
