i always ban yasuo, i don't want him on my team or the enemy team. even if he's a bad enemy yasuo, i will see all chats with excuses "well my jg didn't come mid" and I'm like -__- even beating a yasuo annoys me.
I went into a game once on my smurf account that i just started In pregame lobby the midlaner was flaming me for calling bot (blind pick) and telling me im gonna feed and he will need to solo carry because he's a smurf 10 minutes in he was 2/11 i was 14/0
yo bro imagine having 4 games losestreak with 8+ cs per min highest dmg dealt, positive kda, good splitpush or teamfight if possible and ur team sorta runs it down.
Dont blame him, I first timed him and hes the only champion i couldnt get above 50 cs at 10 minutes, and hard fed on him. He's arguably the most difficult champ in the game with the barrel mechanic, requires you to be constantly aware
I was *Gold 1* last season, and got placed on my 10 promo games in *Silver 3*. Five games in a row i had at least 2 dudes went 0 10! I just cannot carry 0 10 jax and 0 9 xin no matter how good I am at the game. *True Elo Hell!*
I know most people won't believe me but elo hell is real and is enforced by riot games. Essentially, riot found the right combinations of wins and loses that cause the highest chance of a player to queue again. Then, they enforce that artificially making your teammates better or worse, in order to force a win or loss. Skooch made a video about this

It’s nice that you mention farming is really important and can put you ahead of a really fed enemy team. I’ve found that being patient and farming well is what wins many games. And limiting your champ pool. Great video as always! Very helpful.
Jay explained in 8 minutes what the rest of the world needs hours to explain, we just don't deserve you Jay, thanks for everything EDIT: OMG i got hearted i can die now
After one week of CS practice at practice tool I was able to CS while poking my lane opponent that allowed me to stop Tunnel visioning less during lane which meant I was able to respond to JG invades and rotations even trying to predict jg ganks in short you need to play the game but above all everyone stuck in Iron needs to practice their basics you can cram a lot of theory crafting and see lots of videos to understand the game but what allows you to apply those is your basics. So listen to Jay and learn to farm
Yes! Your content has only gotten better over the year or so I’ve been following you. So happy for the continued success of your channel and the sponsorship! This video is literally what I’ve been waiting for. Can’t wait to see more of the series!
I've recently been having consistant games of 4 bronze on my team verses 2 gold and 3 silver give or take. Carrying is only possible in games with 50-50 so you can cover the difference and force a win, but when every lane is stomped due to being forced above their level so there is a problem far more problematic then "elo hell". How do you carry a game when you leave land at 10-15 mins into 3 enemies with 9 kills each. It's got to the point where even ex plat/diamond players are now stuck in low elo until they play enough games to balance the bad MM system which is close to 100+.
I would love to see how it's not elo hells fault when my team is 0/6, 3/6, 0/5, and 1/4 and I'm 6/3 and they have a fed vlad and Vi... I would like to see ANYONE carry that game and say that it's possible. And by the way, this is a common plat game everyone. Ranked system is totally busted
Some games are not winnable. But most are. If you can't get more than 50% winrate after a lot of games then you are at your level already. What's hard to understand?
@@NLHero I just feel like I lose most of my games because of my teammates and not myself. Like I get 2 first dakes as a jungler, I get first blood, I get herald and I gank lanes, yet still they manage to hard feed their lanes so I can't do anything even if I'm fed.
@@oscarkarlsson8220 Statistically your lanes will win or lose 50% so you just have to play 1000 games for it to even out and reduce variance. But in any case what I'm saying is a game you deem unwinnable may be winnable if you just had more kills, more gold and more map pressure. We aren't aware of the hundreds of little mistakes we make every game that add up to the difference between high and low elo players. The only practical way to find and remove these mistakes is to have a better player watch your replays and give honest analysis. Then it's up to you whether to implement it or not.
There is such a thing as elo hell actually. It's diamond 4. Half the people there are either boosted or higher elo dropouts who troll. So only a minority of people are actual D4 players who play seriously at that level. Each game is very 50/50 coinflip depending on who has the most trolls and boosts. I've seen a significant number of challenger streamers who are hardstuck D4 on their smurfs while tryharding. But yeah if you can't get out of silver and below then 1) play any carry champion (= no tanks, no utility supports, but AP supports are good) and 2) play well. That's it.
all of these guides are useless. I mean your climbing series' are entertaining as all hell, but it's a players habits and macro play. That's repetition man. Honestly, if you want to climb you need to play alot, first and foremost. Second, pro guides and especially mobalytics are very helpful. You need to drill all of the little things in, until you don't think about it. Those will give you the knowledge, so will Jay Sea videos, but knowledge is useless without practice. Think of it like martial arts. You need muscle memory. You don't have time to think about it. Repetition is the only actual way to climb. Until you can instantly asses when to poke, when to trade, when to all in, where to ward, when to ward, when to freeze, when to push. Knowing is the smallest fraction. You need to train your self to look at the map very often, and get maximum info in a quick glance, select an area of the map very briefly, actually retain information, and return to your position. You need to be able to analyze your opponents itemization and level compared to yours instantly. You need to know your match ups power spikes and cooldowns and plan around their ability use. Learn to orb walk, and animation cancel. It all needs to be second nature. Even in iron people have decent mechanics, you need to be able to carry off of your macro and micro play to carry. Also, learning the times to play in your region is important. It sounds silly but in my time zone, for example, it's all young toxic kids during the day however, in the evening, its a more positive and mature community, and I achieve the highest win rate after supper. There is way more to this game than you would ever think. That said I love these series. Even though I don't play league anymore, I still watch the crap out of these videos and love them. Pay attention to where, when, how, and train yourself to do what he's doing without the thought delay.
I see your point, but I wouldn't say that the guides are useless. Playing a ton of games is definitely necessary but so is knowledge. I can play a million games on Riven but I will still not reach the highest I can if I'm rushing Deathcap on her every game. You definitely need to play a ton of games, but also you need the knowledge so that all the games you play add to your experience as a player. Well I guess I do agree with you, but the first sentence is a bit over the top? something like that lol.
@@CallMeMebe useless was too strong a word, for sure. Mobalytics is better because it tailors itself to what you're doing specifically though. Either way, I love his bronze to diamond and iron to diamond series.
@@CallMeMebe as for builds and items, your best bet is to go into the in depth graphs to see exactly what each is doing for you. That way it's more specific to your style.
@@oldscrubgamer1853 mmm I guess so? but Items should always change on a case by case basis? For example, what is the enemy team comp, and what style are you playing? Even for the same champ. For example, on Darius, if you are going for straight split push you might want Titanic Hydra, while for team fights you might want Trinity Force? But I do agree that going in depth with graphs is best for solid information. since builds should also change patch to patch and you need data for how much an item change/ratio change will effect numbers
@@CallMeMebe yup, absolutely. That also depends on your champ. There tends to be a general core build you follow. I mean, I played shaco jung mostly. I would pretty much always go hunters machete.-tiamat-duskblafe as my core. Everything else was based on team comps. Usually tried force at some point too. I also tended to adjust based on which rune set I was using. There is so much to this game, you could never summarize in a video or message. Learning all of the items is an endless lesson
Well if TH-cam or game streaming doesn't work out then you can always apply for a teaching job. Just show them your channel and vids and you are instantly hired.
I've been stuck in bronze (hit gold 1 time) for the past years (season 3 to season 9). I can win lane somewhat reasonably (or not fall behind too much). Now I'd love to hear how I can improve my winrate where my team is literally non-existent. Not "virtually non-existent" but actually non-existent. I lose way too many games because my team gets wiped when I'm at base, buying things or taking an objective.

I never comment on youtube videos but I just really wanted to say thank you for all your great content JaySea!! I started playing league in season 8 preseason and ended up placing bronze 3. After being hardstuck in silver for 500 games, I started watching your videos and learned SO much. Your approach to solo queue really works and helped me climb from silver to plat 1 80 lp before season 8 ended (rip diamond dreams though). I just did my placements for this season yesterday and placed plat 4, and I know for sure if I did not start watching your videos I would have never progressed this fast. Thank you again and keep up the awesome work!!!!
I agree to what you said and I have something to say. I started league just in the preseason 8, played many draft games, after 6 months almost I started playing ranked and here I was stuck in bronze. So I tried every lane for the following few months then settled on being a support. The problem is Idk enough, then I found your channel just when you started the bronze to diamond series, watched every video every day, just to learn the macro, I learned most of mechanics just by myself in the training mode. After that I hit silver with the a duo adc, and it took me too much, but then I started losing games again. So I just stopped and watched pants are dragon in the time you were playing runescape. I added more knowledge of what I already got from you, then in season 9 tried to apply the knowledge, it worked most of time and got to bronze 2 but I am just there, until recently I found out the biggest issue that hold me back. TILT, it is the biggest issue just because when a person is on tilt he lose the ability to logically think and recall his experiences. That lead to many bad plays that lead to losing games I shouldn't lose. I spent last two days trying to control it and it worked, I started winning games much more and stopped tilting. The key to climb info that I found is knowing how to stop tilt and have the knowledge from Challenger players, a jgler and a toplaner helped learn much more than a support players. And focus on improving your self and wins come eventually. Thank you Jay sensei!
I'm new to the game, and honestly, your content has helped me by far more than anything else I've seen, and actually makes me want to improve! Keep it up man
You're the reason I've even bothered to do ranked, and gotten so much better at League than I was before. I used to make dumb decisions, get angry with myself, and really just blame myself for being so bad at the game. I didn't understand things, and that was even years of playing league. I watched your entire series last year, of Bronze to Diamond, and the fact that you explain everything just CAPTIVATED me. I started to understand so much, that I was getting excited to play. I started to go search up people who main champions that I wanted to play - to research their builds, to watch how they play, to understand their own tactics. All because of your videos. I'm still learning and trying to better myself, working on getting into Silver III right now. I'd just like to get and stay in around Gold, I don't need to be the best. But I definitely have you to thank for my improvement. Thank you, Jay Sea :D
Hey I am currently in silver 3. I one-trick Fizz in the mid lane and currently have a 61% winrate, regardless of my often times feeding teammates, but there still is one issue that i am having and that is Lp. while i get about 17-18 Lp per win I lose about 20-21 per loss so even with this decent winrate i cant climb or it takes ages at least. Is there a way to fix this? How does the game decide how much I lose or win per game? Thx a lot and keep up the good work on your vids
I highly recommend your content to anyone new starting League. I myself am fairly new (started at the end of season 8). This was such a good video, thank you Jay, will be trying my best to improve.
I somehow find that even if you get to get your farm properly, there are times where you find other lanes being wrecked by other players. Which is a little upsetting since they are way above and have the ability to finish before I can reach to them. This happens to me quite usually.
I love your videos man!! you help me through your videos and make me climb out of bronze after been stuck there for 2 years!! Keep the good work and videos you doing great job❤🙂
Me: Why am I hardstuck silver? This guy: Well, i am a challenger player and have been playing this game way longer than you and the other day I played in a low elo game with an off meta build, so that means that you should be able to do the same. Me: Bruh This Guy: Stop blaming your teammates. Even if they did do nothing but run down mid and afk the entire game, you still should have won. No one to blame but yourself...
This sums up the whole video. Pro player don’t know what they’re talking about. I play a good yasuo but my last game bot fed Nautalis 16-2 there’s no carrying that
Exactly. All he does is prove that it is possible to win most games despite your team if you play absolutely flawlessly. That doesnt mean there arent people stuck in bronze that could easily be carrying gold or plat games. I have an acc stuck in bronze and it consistently puts me with iron players and probably 1/3rd of the the time someone ints and then afks the rest of the game. I ended up just making a new account and got placed in gold and consistently carry the team.
@@Glockmog2007 Yep. Making 4 accounts is usually the best way to go. League's matchmaking system is feast or famine, and even if you have hundreds of cs every game, and 2+ kdr you can stay hard stuck on an account just based on the raw number of matches you're stuck 1v9ing. In the end its luck and playing the numbers, or using out of game advantages to dodge matches you wont win is the number one way of escaping. Because 3/4ths of outright unwinnable matches can be dodged with a quick check of your teammates on op.gg And because dodgers get penalized so little for doing so, they rapidly escape low elo. So... essentially the key to climbing in league is to cheat using outside information.
Man like I wanna smash this person like wt actuall hell man I think iron was easier for him or his friends carry him cause my god I am and iron but deserves to be a told at least what you can do?all games team trolls like I don't know what to say man
Dude I'm glad I'm not the only one. I got placed iron 1 and don't get me wrong I'm new and not good at the game and I'm still learning, but when your support bans your first pick and jg bans your second pick bc you wrote in chat not to ban them. Then supp ints into enemy tower because he was "autofilled so why care?" now a challenger player could probably still carry but someone new to the game can't. I've had ranked games where I've earned and S but we lost. How do I not blame my team on that one? My friend who got me into the game is gold and plays with me and he's stuck in bronze on his smurf account he made to play with me because of the same reason.
Would like to thank you Jay. Both you and fogged literally cleared some misty issues that got me going from silver 4 right the way up to plat 3 last season. I'm sure I could've gotten higher, but unfortunately I only started climbing about two months before the season ended.
I have played like 20 or 25 ranked games in Iron, in not a single game I was feeding, and I just lost my promos because for 3 matches straight my bot lane feeds or mid opens and feeds, this is straight up hell rito gods please help me
My problem is that I'm an adc main and i always don't get a good support and it ruines my cs like for example they don't have no reason to attack the minion but they still did and we both won't get the cs because of that basic attack or even the support steals my cs it's very annoying that's why I'm trying out other lane champ now
"easy to do so" I'm ad main my mid or top always feed and i always get one shoted. Surely i don't want blame PPL but every time i get my promos always 1 iron sneak into my game and feeding
Legit, had a top laner go 1/10 first timing skarner top, and game after had an ADC go 5/14 with the support going 3/12 to a Lucian blitzcrank, I always go into games like "I'm not gonna flame, just gonna focus on my self" but when you hear "an ally has been slain" like 30 times you kinda lose your cool a bit
Dude i cant stand when people say its only my fault not my teams. I Play Fiora or Jax top and i win my lane 80% of a time. The Problem is: At minute 10 (where i cant do anything on the map) my bot lane is feeding with 2 9 and my mid is 1 5 and jgl is 1 2. so i want to help my team with my lead BUT the enemys are already way to fed and ahead to kill them. so they use that lead and destroy us in every fight. when i split my team dies in fights even if i say dont fight. There is a elo hell...
I love how people are complaining being Diamond 4 and I'm Iron/Bronze since 2013. Every single game I play there's people screaming "REP REP" in chat, leaving the game over KS, cursing each other since champ select.... Every game is 4v5 or 3v4 and the team with the least trolls/afks wins. No amount of "CS" or pRoGuIdEs DoT CoM is going to change that...
I was pretty much stuck in low silver, i've been watching your videos for nearly a year and i've been climbing through the gold ranks. Thanks, the tips are good, I never knew you get xp from dying minions and how far away you had to be.
This is simply not true. I main Kayle and not only is it not easy to farm without getting all-ined before you reach 6 (and even then most matchups can still kill you if you make a single mistake) You can't carry if your team is 3/25 by 15 mins when you haven't reach your peak yet and they start all focusing on you. Mind you I have had games where I was ganked by 4 of the enemies, I pinged the hell out of the assist but my teammates kept farming, a few meters away. People in bronze are something else and I can't seem tonget out.... Of course some games I lose my lanes and this must be 5% of them and even those were winnable if I got the proper assists. And then they blame you when you can't carry against a fed Kat, khazix, pantheon and zyra. Like wtf...
Hey, Jay Sea, I have a quick question if you don't mind answering. I'm currently an Iron 1 support main (Brand and Pyke) and can't seem to consistently win lately. On bothe champs, I have a positive winrate and I often start the game off by handing my adc a double kill through harassing my opponents and cc'in them for my ADC to clean up once they're low enough. I however struggle in the mid to late game. Once the ARAM begins, there's little I can do, because of my champs mainly being effective at picking off single target opponents than actual extended teamfights. What can I do to improve my gameplay past laning phase?
For starters You seem to be lumping brand and pyke into the same type of support. They are nothing alike. Pyke is how you described, a mobile assassin that looks for picks. In lane brand is a poke mage. In late game brand is an aoe mage. If you aren't frequently (not always, but often) leading your team's damage graph on Brand then you do not have a firm grip on the champion. As for pyke your description of your games feels abbreviated. To me it sounds like your saying "I win lane, but then constantly lose the game". Frankly put, if you win lane as hard as you claim and do it consistently then you should come out ahead in the long run in terms of winrate (and climbing). Moving on from that, for pyke's mid to late game you need to be focusing on picking off the single important people like you suggested. Again, frankly put, even when both teams are ARAMing there is always one stupid enemy that didn't get the memo. They will be off doing something useless away from their team. That one person may even be deceptively close to their team, but still be in a shitty position. You don't need to make sick plays like in the montages. Focus on exploiting mistakes in positioning their squishes make (everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone can capitalize on it). Araming is about positioning. Even a few steps to far from their tanks can get an adc killed.
How do I even carry in silver II where every match I get at least 15 kills as a top laner? I get more than 200+cs every match and I don't even ask for ganks since as illaoi I can double kill them with my ult but apparently having 160 cs and 5 kills after laning phase doesn't matter when the enemy mid has 10 kills and the adc vayne melts me because she got fed early game.
0:05 all yasuo players in this elo die 349805u02394732047 times and kill 2 i always banned him so my teammates dont play him and i really want to see you play him especially he has 69% banned rate finally i want to say i love this series i learned so much and im enjoy it thank you jay sea
Bro, respect you so much, no matter of what u always stay chill. Im watching ur videos and learning new things, thanks for that! Right now I cant get out of that silver, because almost every game, I have someone who is afk, and one or two feeders, soo ranking up is unreal for me. I have no idea, how to get out, cuz if I play with my friends who are golds, game are much easier and I can play even better there... Thanks for ur videos, respect from Latvia
Hi Jaysea, been a fan for a long time. I'm doing an Iron to Gold Series on my channel with Pyke as support, and it's really hard for one since he's banned or counter-picked most games, but how are you suppose to solo q support when you don't do the farming? If my ADC farm is half of what it should be, my lane has a really hard time. So I either do extremely well, perfect KDA with pyke, or extremely bad because no one on the team knows how to CS and maintain lane and rotation. Pyke drops off end game, and although I can play Blitz for better consistency, it's boring as hell. Do you have any support specific advice beyond the baron timing, roaming, vision control, and properly playing your character; I feel I have those under control. I'm just left behind when my ADC isn't even around to let me get my relic procs off... Very frustrating because it feel uncontrollable.
So what you are saying is, you have to be a D1 + player to carry yourself out of Iron or Bronze. And this somehow proves that there is no elo hell. So someone with Gold or Plat skill level, that got fucked in placemenets and ended up in high Bronze or low Silver will be able to climb out of that hell just as easily as you right?
Keep them coming. Learned how to play tryn a bit from your videos but finding out he's not the champ for me atm due to him being weaker and my inability to graciously lose a bad lane matchup. Went for more lane dominant matchup and have been able to get leads and snowball. But man, csing is hard. Unless I'm playing Shyv top.
Hey jay, first time watching your vids so I don’t know if you have answers this. But what if you are a support main? I have a decent champion pool but it’s harder to climb and I don’t normally do bad. Any advice?
Hey Jay, I have a question, I play league like 8 months now, and I am a Pantheon main. I play mainly mid, so what can I do if the matchup is very bad, for example xerath (btw I don't ask for a specific matchup guide, it's just an example), it's very hard to cs, cuz xerath hits me every time with his Q, and very hard to dodge, especially with 80-90 ms ping. So the csing is hard, not gankable because he plays from distance and has wards to spot the jungler on time to run to safety, plus my team is forcing fights hoping that I will help them with my R, messing up even more my already bad cs and the lane. What are even my options, how do I play a game like that when I can't cs much for many different reasons?
Hey Jay! Love the content man, I would love to see you do some low elo vod review to explain why a player who seemingly has great kda can still lose games. I find myself in this spot quite a bit playing adc, my summoner name is ColdZer0 so if you need someone’s games to analyze I’d be totally cool with you using mine!
I normally don't blame the elo or my team....but riot....how am i supposed to climb if riot puts me, a bronze 2 player, into silver 2 - gold 3 games....plus that...there is either some one dc in my or enemy team and IF i GET into a game, someone feeds in my team cause he didn't get help for example (me inclueded...but i try to win the game, but most others don't)
I just hate ranked because i feel like im doing what i need as the jg like getting farm occasionally early solo kill on enemy jg and decent ganks with either a kill, getting sum spells, or both. I even sometimes have to force my team to just come to back me up on drags or heralds or barons but almost all the time that just isnt enough. Any advice?
Dude those are good advices but what I can do when my midlaner starts feeding after I took gank kill and my adc going 0 5 sup 0 4? Can I carry a team as an assassin jungler? Lol of course not
My problem is: I don't know when to stay back or attack (I am also not good at farming). I'd love to play jungle but after the first camp I'm at 10% HP and I don't know why or how to get a different result (no guides cover this). Can you give me some tips? If I play with my friend telling me when to engage we win but solo I lose.
I rather see myself struggling when going to high silver/gold and I can't autowin my lane to carry. Usually I go even and enemy top or bot gets fed, farms 250 cs @ 20 mins and just outplays my team, what to do?
Jay Sea, can you make an informational video about warding. I recently started playing Braum support and boy is it fun. My only issue is I don't know where to be warding at what point in the game and during what situations. How can I predict these situations and ward accordingly so I can carry harder as a support. I would really love your feedback (preferably in the form of a video). ;) You're awesome by the way!!! I love your content!
its so confusing cause im a plat player in eune with 60% winrate out of 160 games but then i went into bronze/silver elo in euw and i get fed but cant carry every game why is that?
So i've been thinking about picking a champion for ranked, as you said mechanically easy who can farm well and is also a jungler because I avoid any other lane than jungle or top. So I picked jax a mechanically easy champion, and from that one placement game where they had stacked nasus that solo carried and that we lost and where I got placed in iron 1, I climbed to bronze 3 in 1 day just by farming camps, always going for objectives as soon as they spawn and constantly putting pressure into lanes that need my help even if that costs me cs. And also building based on my matchup. And thats 3 divisions in 1 day total of 280 lp that I won just by thinking better and actually doing what people tell me to do to climb out. Havent gotten into macro yet since I'm still not sure what it is life's great man, I'm looking forward to silver
Hey Jay Sea. I wanted to ask you a question with a problem I have been having. I'm an ADC main and try my best but...How do I farm early or get a lead when my support is auto-fill or to busy watching Netflix and afking at tower or in bushes while I get zoned from my cs by a poke comp? I try to freeze wave but then it gets broken due to the enemys able to contest the freeze. my jg and mid dont roam either which leaves me to missing all cs...Is there anything I can do in this situation? I won't say all the time but happens quite conistantly.
If your playing a 1v2 lane the only course of action is to let the lane push to you. Ward the bush behind your tower to abandon tower if enemy jungler ganks and just hold, try to scrape up as much cs as possible. That is the only way. In low elo enemy will do something dumb so you can pick up free kills even in a 1v2 situation
Hello Jay! I know you're a Top main but I'd love to know how these apply to a Sup main such as myself. I have a small pick of champions I play (my best results are with Morgana at the moment, but I also play Rakan). My macro play needs to improve, of course, but as a Sup, it's tough to figure out where the best places to ward are, at what moment should I start roaming and based on what game conditions, when is it acceptable to secure a kill (KS) off of an ADC. Farming is pretty much out of the question for Sup, so the biggest carry potential is thrown out the window right there. I can feed kills to my ADC all game but if my carries don't farm well enough or don't have good macro play, I can't see how I'm supposed to impact the game any further. I'm sure there are ways, but it's tough to imagine what. Hopefully you'll make a video about this one day!
Have you seen some of T1's old videos where he spectates a viewer while they are in-game and gives tips? You could do some videos like that with your patreons. Offer general tips on champions and macro plays while also educating the audience. You could have fun with it too. Would love to see some vids like that
I’m hard stuck bronze. It’s not me like I lost 80 op today. Literally every game I play our bottom lane and top always loses. I usually tie or win lane and I never lose in lane
but what happens when you win your lane but you look at the score and ur botlane is 30 cs at 10 mins and ur whole team aside from you is 0/3. if you think its exaggerated then check my last games. i cant 1v 9 fed enemies
So I’m silver and I farm decently well with like 130cs at 10 minutes or so I think vision is really important for climbing and I think it’s one of the things that is keeping me here I also need to work on rotations I’ve been playing ranked for a month so I’m not too worried
if i have to be master in skill to get to gold 2,something its wrong with game,im wining on my friend high elo profiles with 4-6 but losing low elo with 15-8
You can go Lee sin if you watch Heizman and learn the mechanics as i did..the problem is that in low elo your teams wont follow up your plays....thus you have a problem...
Any tips for me? I'm bronze Yasuo main I often do about 14/3 matter ab the jungle ganks I have 8-9 cs per minute but my jungler had 5/22 without any objectives how could I win that
Pro players will tell you that if you blame teammates you will never climb but alot of the time it is your teammates faults entirely. Let me tell you an example. Say you ended last season silver 4, and then next season you were placed in bronze 4. You sill usually win lane probably 85% of the time, but because of how low the elo is, it's so easy for a jungler or for a bot lane to go 0-8 in 15 minutes and make the game unwinnable. Sure, it I'm plat I'm sure I could easily carry my team even if they feed, but I'm not...I'm silver 4...I can win lane, but carrying a feeding lane isn't easy...To tell me that blaming teammates is the reason I'm not climbing is just stupid, because it's clearly there fault.
Love this video ! I've seen all your serie to now: it's so positive. I even watch one of my league friend playing and caught myself thinking: what Jay Sea would have done in this case. XD I am a support but the macro parts, can apply to every role tough. (In my opinion). I think I will begin to play more Zyra since I am very confortable with her. I just don't know if she fits all comp. But I'm pretty sure being a lost cause in csing. lol
Even tho i try my hardest to help my team, end up with a really positive kda, try to secure objectives, i still cannot solo carry 1v5 because of my team so tell me, wtf should i do
Easy to say. But me and my duo have played every lane combo and we have the highest cs per game, always macro play and always find ourselves alone when those playes come out. Such as baron when enemy team is aced or even just pushing. Our last 6 losses we each had over 180 farm by 25 mins and were fed. But its hard to come back when your mid or adc etc goes 0-10 by 5 mins. We do carry alot. We got outselves from iron 4 to silver 2. But now we are stuck.
the problem for newbs like me is that the game won't help you learn. It does not give u stats on howmuch damage everything does in the game, u kinda have to check it in the mids of everything . You don't get to see enemy champion names above their heads so u will have to start guessing what picture resembles each hero and THEN start looking them up and trying to remember everything with the picture because they wont let u see what champions u are fighting, not mentioning the different skins so it's even more confusing.
Okay , What if you're in a gold elo , most of them does have a little experience and know how it feels when you're fed , What if you are an Irelia player against a darius in top lane You have to get armor as long as it's a hard match , You achieve a 10 cs per minute , Playing safe waiting for a gank . Meanwhile, Your mid laner is facing Syndra or cassiopia Dead 5 times in 10 mins or even more . What should I do ? Regardless mixed damage , Regardless of counter picks , you're slightly winning your lane , What supposed to do ? Your bot lane is bad you're the only one playing Irelia have perfect cs agaisnt a hard matchup playing against fed AP burst damage dealer with a good opponent ad carry , I've been through this situation the most of the games I play , maybe in bronze or silver you can solo carry but believe me iit's hard to do so . Any helps ?
Throughts on Support? I want to main Support and am Currently in Silver 1 and mostly play Soraka Lulu Thresh and Sona. I play on na, thus I cant play mid/jungle to get into higher leagues by playing them. As a Support I feel like that I am highly dependant on my team. I cannot cs and get that 100 cs lead (or sth) above my enemy laner. The best I can do is zone away the enemy adc to allow my adc to farm as save as possible, thus being dependant on him csing well. I cannot pick hypercarries like Kayle or splitpushers like Trynd to solo carry games and am limited to helping my team getting kills, that they have to follow up on, or keeping my adc alive, in the hope that he doesnot Flash into the entire enemy team. Again I depend on my carries doing well. I have recently taken a break and played some mid, quickly climbing to G4 in less than 1/4th of the games it took me on Support to get S1.
Yasuo: I'm d5 smurf i will carry.
Yasuo: *Goes 0/15*
isn't that one of a yasuo's biggest power spikes?
XD
i always ban yasuo, i don't want him on my team or the enemy team. even if he's a bad enemy yasuo, i will see all chats with excuses "well my jg didn't come mid" and I'm like -__- even beating a yasuo annoys me.
@@titanicstars5221 thats not a good idea bcs if ur ban ur team yassuo he probably will troll pick or pick a champ he never played before and feed more
I went into a game once on my smurf account that i just started
In pregame lobby the midlaner was flaming me for calling bot (blind pick) and telling me im gonna feed and he will need to solo carry because he's a smurf 10 minutes in he was 2/11 i was 14/0
yo bro imagine having 4 games losestreak with 8+ cs per min highest dmg dealt, positive kda, good splitpush or teamfight if possible and ur team sorta runs it down.

Poor pirates
I would too lol. His kit is so weird.
I didn't notice lol
Dont blame him, I first timed him and hes the only champion i couldnt get above 50 cs at 10 minutes, and hard fed on him. He's arguably the most difficult champ in the game with the barrel mechanic, requires you to be constantly aware
JAY SEA EXPOSED
I was *Gold 1* last season, and got placed on my 10 promo games in *Silver 3*. Five games in a row i had at least 2 dudes went 0 10! I just cannot carry 0 10 jax and 0 9 xin no matter how good I am at the game.
*True Elo Hell!*
Yeah exactly yo can't carry if the enemies are twice as fed as you
hope ur not serious
Not true. Its hard but doable. Just improve your mechanics and macro
I know most people won't believe me but elo hell is real and is enforced by riot games. Essentially, riot found the right combinations of wins and loses that cause the highest chance of a player to queue again. Then, they enforce that artificially making your teammates better or worse, in order to force a win or loss. Skooch made a video about this
people talk about how you clickbait but I'm yet to find a video that doesn't deliver its promises
The truth as been spoken
Do people talk about jay click baiting? CLickbaiting is an essential tool of a successful TH-camr anyway haha

It’s nice that you mention farming is really important and can put you ahead of a really fed enemy team. I’ve found that being patient and farming well is what wins many games. And limiting your champ pool. Great video as always! Very helpful.
Here's what you saying @3:22
Here's what HAPPENS actually: You're calling everyone to Baron, but nobody follows you and keep dying.
And then the enemy team magically shows up at the last second and steals Baron.
Every. Single. Time
@@gilgamesh7055 Very True.
This is true lmao. Guess the champ he played in that game, he wouldn't care. Pretty sure at that point in the game he couldve done solo baron easily.

I was hovering over the thumbnail, and it played like a few seconds of the video. I saw Yasuo getting a big cross on, so I clicked.

I need help on getting out of diamond. U should make it iron4 to masters!
maybe you shouldn't get boosted :^) nah jkjk.
@@lifeiaskedfor I got to diamond playing teemo. And now I'm doing a teemo only to diamond on Smurf acc th gold 2
Objectives>kda
@Dario Laktasic agreed
That's it.
After watching everyone who streams I can say with confidence that elo hell is all ranks, lol.
Elo hell is yourself
all of these guides are useless.
Should do some personal coaching and upload it. Would be cool
Gormezzz that would be sick!
You could make a compilation of some of the most common errors that people make. If you already have video of people you have coached, maybe you could make a compilation of their mistakes/draw from that content.
It's on his Patreon you'll have to be a Patron to have that opportunity, especially since he's in OCE it's kind of restricted because ping. But you could always try XD

Really happy for your new sponsor bro. Hope this channel grows bigger ....
This was the biggest reason for making this video, for new players to have every resource they need from the start!
@@JaySea You're a saint! If only your internet was good enough to stream :P
Me: Bruh
This Guy: Stop blaming your teammates.
Because 3/4ths of outright unwinnable matches can be dodged with a quick check of your teammates on op.gg
And because dodgers get penalized so little for doing so, they rapidly escape low elo. So... essentially the key to climbing in league is to cheat using outside information.
I have played like 20 or 25 ranked games in Iron, in not a single game I was feeding, and I just lost my promos because for 3 matches straight my bot lane feeds or mid opens and feeds, this is straight up hell rito gods please help me
My problem is that I'm an adc main and i always don't get a good support and it ruines my cs like for example they don't have no reason to attack the minion but they still did and we both won't get the cs because of that basic attack or even the support steals my cs it's very annoying that's why I'm trying out other lane champ now
"easy to do so"
I'm ad main my mid or top always feed and i always get one shoted. Surely i don't want blame PPL but every time i get my promos always 1 iron sneak into my game and feeding
region? ign? rank?
can duo
Legit, had a top laner go 1/10 first timing skarner top, and game after had an ADC go 5/14 with the support going 3/12 to a Lucian blitzcrank, I always go into games like "I'm not gonna flame, just gonna focus on my self" but when you hear "an ally has been slain" like 30 times you kinda lose your cool a bit
me playing jg: "im 3 and 0 so just play safe and let me carry plz"
bot lane: 🦍🐵 *immediately dies*
I’m good and farming, and lane. I just never know how to carry. Can you make a video on how to carry the mid-late game?
Shot calling&Vision war mostly
dont play with chat. only with ping.
And until low plat u can solo carry every single game because everyone one doing so much error it's insane.
Try to carry ur lane advantage to the jg.
Kill everyone and everything that you see moving on your acreen
Like wtf...
the video didn't even start and he already gave the best advice ever to limb dodge any game with yasuo on in great job jay
That's cool and all but what if your team loses 3 towers in mid at 10 mins?
How do I even carry in silver II where every match I get at least 15 kills as a top laner? I get more than 200+cs every match and I don't even ask for ganks since as illaoi I can double kill them with my ult but apparently having 160 cs and 5 kills after laning phase doesn't matter when the enemy mid has 10 kills and the adc vayne melts me because she got fed early game.
Great stuff...shared on my LOL facebook group
0:05 all yasuo players in this elo die 349805u02394732047 times and kill 2 i always banned him so my teammates dont play him and i really want to see you play him especially he has 69% banned rate finally i want to say i love this series i learned so much and im enjoy it thank you jay sea
You must be in Iron IV or have terrible MMR. Every time I get a Yas on my team we win. That's why the mid Yas jab had me puzzled.
Very frustrating because it feel uncontrollable.
i've learned a lot from you, thanks
Ok, i need to farm. I got it master.
Also what can i do againist a 11/0 ww if im the only one fed and my team keeps feeding?
Halp me plz any tips?
Jay Sea...you da real MVP
Great help. Thx. Would like a video about what to focus specifically on in every different tier/rank if possible.
Hey jay, first time watching your vids so I don’t know if you have answers this. But what if you are a support main? I have a decent champion pool but it’s harder to climb and I don’t normally do bad. Any advice?
Honestly - I think this is a great video! Thanks man :)
What if 2/3 games you get an afk because bronze players like to do that.
What are even my options, how do I play a game like that when I can't cs much for many different reasons?
is it possible to do it as a support? pls do a series on that, would be so helpful
Dude play some skilled champions like Shaco jungle. I want to see you in that role.
Not really a skilled champion Tho. I know his mechanics but hè can't miss anything
Any advice?
Jay sea can I ask, does playing more league help to improve cause I play shaco jungle and I’m bronze 3. I try to farm but still lose .
Thank you for the vid, Jay
Dude those are good advices but what I can do when my midlaner starts feeding after I took gank kill and my adc going 0 5 sup 0 4?
Can I carry a team as an assassin jungler? Lol of course not
rewatching again. great guide. thx.
I guess being adc main doesnt help my case but i dont like playing alot of the champs in other roles
This is all great when you don't have an actual inter. It's preeeeeeetty hard when botlane is 0/8 at 6 minutes and ends up 4/26 my guy.
I would really love your feedback (preferably in the form of a video). ;)
You're awesome by the way!!! I love your content!
My only problem is, how do I focus on csing as a support when everyone bitches when you take the cannon minion you deserve with Targons up?
If your team distracts you from focusing, consider muting them
its so confusing cause im a plat player in eune with 60% winrate out of 160 games but then i went into bronze/silver elo in euw and i get fed but cant carry every game why is that?
Havent gotten into macro yet since I'm still not sure what it is
life's great man, I'm looking forward to silver
Can you make a Trynda guide about 9.5 and after? Is Conq dead or not?
is this outro music from Runescape? it sounds oddly familiar
Thank you for addressing the doubt infested in people's minds.
How can I farm when I play nasus and every top laner I’m against pokes me constantly and I have to lose some minions
what if its 10 min into the game, you are winning top lane by 2 kills and 40 cs lead and suddenly 13 kill evelynn appear?
Nice video ❤ but do I have to play Kayle to do this?
What's a good cs number to aim for for jungles or does the 10 per minute still apply
Still applies but a tiny bit more lenient, you need to at least aim for 8 or 9 cs per min every game
Have you seen some of T1's old videos where he spectates a viewer while they are in-game and gives tips? You could do some videos like that with your patreons. Offer general tips on champions and macro plays while also educating the audience. You could have fun with it too. Would love to see some vids like that
I don't normally blame my team, but when the enemy Kat has 25 kills at the 20 minute mark idk how much 10cs a minute will help
Mate i had my last game 3 afk 1 troll while ibwas fed asf.. so yeah. Imagine . My kd and stats high still low. Also kite dodge
So I’m silver and I farm decently well with like 130cs at 10 minutes or so I think vision is really important for climbing and I think it’s one of the things that is keeping me here I also need to work on rotations I’ve been playing ranked for a month so I’m not too worried
if i have to be master in skill to get to gold 2,something its wrong with game,im wining on my friend high elo profiles with 4-6 but losing low elo with 15-8
You can go Lee sin if you watch Heizman and learn the mechanics as i did..the problem is that in low elo your teams wont follow up your plays....thus you have a problem...
lee sin is actually pretty easy to play...
What if you like to be a support? You cant split push and take objectives on your own
Check DuoKing1 on Twitch, he played SUPPORT ONLY from unranked to Diamond with a 95% winrate SOLO'ing
@@JaySea thanks a lot Jay
