Okeanos Yap Beach Cleanup

The crew of Okeanos Waaqab & Okeanos Ambassador were joined by Yap Catholic High School students along with members of the Yap Department of Education & the Department of Youth and Civic Affairs (DY&CA) for a coastal clean-up around Nungoch island in Yap, Federated States of Micronesia.
Hear Captain Jerry Joseph talk about the importance of the clean up and its ability to mitigate the Dengue outbreak in Micronesia. Thank you to all the young ocean stewards protecting our islands and to our crew for servicing Yap's neighboring islands with sustainable sea transportation.
