Hi, Man! First of all, thanks for sharing this vídeo! Second, I have a PSX and want to put a matrix chip on it. Maybe you have a diagram of how you installed the Matrix chip into PSX. If do you have some kind of a Diagram, May you put this material at disposal for me somehow? I really want to transform my device. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!
Does this revision need any type of laserfix added? If so the mechacon pulse location should be one pin to the left of point "I" from the dsp cxd3098q chip. As for point J, that will require more research.
I really don’t know, and the laser on this one have very particular management due to the presence of 2 laser on it so I really have no idea if a laser fix is need…
Hey bro!! I give you an idea.... Can you use the copper wire instead of this wires you can get the copper wire inside the motor of dualshock ps2 controller it is thinest wire ever so please keep my suggestion and use it in your next video thin copper wire ok bro!!! Thanks
Hello ! I know this usage of insulated wires, I use in some iPhone repair. But I can try in modchip install, I am going to think about that, the wiring management maybe a little bit different.
😅 indeed, I didn't cut during the editing, I found it interesting to show that everything doesn't always go perfectly well. And also to show the solution of sliding a piece of insulation over the stripped part and regluing to avoid completely changing the wire
Fantastic job, well done, very impressive 👍🏻
thanks Eduart 😉

if you ever need to remove the chip, wouldn't the super glue damage the pcb? or is there a way to remove it safely?

Dumb question but would this allow you to play games from any region?
There is no dumb question here, yes it allow to boot everything can be read by PlayStation 😉
@@Gusse Thanks man! Yeah my PSX had the disc issue which can be bypassed with FMCB. Shame they didn't make these things more reliable lol
with the mod, does it allow you to replace the married HDD ?
Unfortunately no at this time, it’s just allow same things on og ps2
@@Gusse :'( mine works thought maybe i could replace it with newer drive..
