Agree. If I might suggest use Willis Lee with Jellicoe as inspiration. Emphasize damage and flooding reduction with Lee. Jellicoe provides that incredible British heal. And the AZ goes from 37 percent torp reduction to 50 plus with the right setup. I’ve taken fish bow on for no damage in AZ. AZ requires you to custom tweak everything for your style of fighting. But a Willis Lee tank build turns AZ into a meat grinder with me
I put Willis Lee on mine with Jellicoe as inspiration and then I emphasized a tank/ heal build of Lee. The result was the Arizona is a Kraken unleashed for me almost every time I take her out. Ignore a well driven Arizona at your own peril cause if her commander knows what he’s doing and he’s set her up right she’s a very capable ship in the right hands
I got on my brother's account who doesn't play wowslegends a V crate and got him california from the website event. I got West Virginia on my account from that crate😢. I wanted california because it is a rare ship and only obtainable through crates.
I’m going to argue about Arizona with you. Have you tried using Willis Lee with a damage reduction build? If not I suggest you do such. His base trait emphasizes torpedo damage and flood reduction and can improve it by a significant margin. Then set him up with John Jellicoe as one inspiration and you’ll find he gains the British heal ability. See when I got Arizona I set Willis Lee up as my anti torpedo guy and I found that fully maxed out he makes Arizona’s torp damage reduction match Cali’s. With Jellicoe he heals faster and more completely making Arizona a tank and a very dangerous opposite. With this setup I took on a Bayern solo and I took him apart, I was also able to nearly defeat a well driven New Mexico. Both times it was me at 100 percent vs the other guy at 100 percent. Arizona is a ship that if driven properly can be a major PITA for the enemy team and with the right combo of commander and upgrades is far far from the worst ship you can use
So since those stats aren’t exposed that’s where the “my opinion” section comes in. Is it perfectly objective…no. But that’s what has to happen since the stats aren’t exposed
I could suggest you make American tier 6 DDs and cruisers. Sorry I don't know if you did already... When the release the Missouri to CCs, you could do tier 7 American BBs too. Georgia is already on the way too.

Arizona is only ship i like at tier 5 dreadnought america. Because extreme accuracy make she is best at sniping. Of course, sniping ship never good other things

California easily beat by Arizona but find Arizona more accurate and since she isn't as wide even nicer. But I'd say t5 Arizona ,west Virginia, and then California with my games in them

not really a BB player ,but shame i started playing ships after the california project was taken out the game. seems OP at the tier.
Also the West Virginia is supposed to have a very similar hull to the California, just different main turrets

The west Virginia is citadel city though. Also Arizona is my favorite ship when fighting their 6 ships. Though the California is also not as accurate.

Personally I see no reason to play Mexico. The Cali is the best thing to come out of the bureau so far.

its in the same class but its actually the Idaho so it has slightly different stats. mainly in the area of AA damage

This is WOWS Legends. Legends has a different tier system than pc. So all those ships are in V in Legends.
