Super Easy trick to find square of a decimal number in seconds!

that'd be two decimal places.... 3.30 + 0.24 = 3.54
The point of this video was showing to just square the number as though the decimal places weren' there, then put the point where it needs to be.
Similarly you can do 4.15 x 41.5 = (415^2) x 0.001 = (166000 + 4150 + 2075) * 0.001 = 172225 x 0.001 = 172.225
Three decimal places.
You can check this by sanity checking the whole number portion ... 41x4 = 164 .
The result would be higher in the end, but it's a quick check, not meant for accuracy.
3954.365 x 39.54365 = 15637002553225 x 10^-8 = 156370.02553225
3954 x 39 = 154206, six digits, and there are eight places on the right side of the decimal.
