Thank you. So is a 3mm drill bit (first) followed by a 5mm drill bit to widen the hole the appropriate size for blade installation? I didn't know if I needed to match the size of the hole to the screw but this makes it seem like it doesn't matter as much. Also, Leaderfins blades from several years ago should still fit foot pockets just purchased right? No compatibility issues? Thanks

Hello! Don't know about Omer Millenium, sorry! We know that our blades fit Omer Stingray, Picasso, Pathos, Mares Razor and Cressi Gara foot pockets. However, sometimes some small modifications may be required in order to achieve a perfect fit.

If you are struggling with the clips like I was here is my trick, use oil or silicon on both the foot pocket and the inside of the clip, put one side of the clip over the foot pocket and push with alot of force, us your other thumb or finder to push the foot pocket on the opposite direction you are pushing clip to try and get the front corner of the foot pocket rubber under the clip. Once you get that first corner the rest is easier

Why do you recommend drilling 5 mm hole if you use 4 mm screws?

Because the screws will go into the nuts, and only pass through the blades. You don't want to damage the blades.

Try applying some olive oil on the blade rails. This should help.

I struggled getting the clips on with just fingers and oil. Maybe would be easier with a tool. Softer clips would be appreciated.

Hello! Yes, you can use Omer Stingray foot pockets with Leaderfins blades and usually without any modifications. However, some of our customers prefer trimming the rubber rails on the blade to achieve a better fit.

I just wear mine without the clips they havent pop out yet. I travel and disassemble it a lot for traveling so putting those hard af clips on and off would be a royal pain every time.
