This map is set in the Ruhr Factory District, an industrial complex/trainyard. It is very large, vertical-wise, and it is very possible to get stuck in an otherwise inaccessible place during the initial jump. Above the map is a system of catwalks and pipes that enemy soldiers use to attack the player. Snipers can be found in many high places throughout the level; such as on factory roofs, high catwalks and inside pipes. Inside the tank factory and munition storage are large numbers of enemy foot soldiers.

Still an absolutely gorgeous game. I remember seeing the commercial for it right before I was deployed again. Didn't get to play it for another few years and by then it STILL looked gorgeous. And STILL does. Yup, time to break out my copy and do another run through.

So, what I learned from MOH Airborne is "when you cross a nazi and a cockroach".......you get shot.
I really enjoy seeing the video posts for this game to see the path that the player choses and then I've got to plug it in again and play it right away. Love this game it's so intense !

I looked in the German version of the game and that Storm Trooper says auf Deutsch "Marcht Sie fertig!"
It means be ready I think.
What does he say in the original version?
I am only learing German.
It's odd they changed the script 🤷♀️

Who have already made it? 1) Played MOH Airborne in expert level; 2) Completed all missions without dying; 3) Won Golden Wings in the Training Level; 4) Completed all missions without botched the landings; 5) Began each mission using just the standard weapons suggested by the game without choosing your preferencial weapons; 6) Achieved all the weapons and grenades upgraded at the end of the campaign; 7) Achieved one skill drop achieved per mission; 8) Won Five stars in each mission. ANYBODY MADE IT? IS IT POSSIBLE?
That's almost impossible but at least I got 1 in this list the golden wings in the training level
I've achieved 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8. I should have gotten 4, but I had to concentrate too much on steering and timing for my skill jumps to pay attention to how I landed. Never tried 5 because I was too in love with my favorite weapons. I could do it on normal difficulty, but I doing it on expert would be torture, and I'd have to sacrifice my 5 star ratings. Since my open heart surgery two years ago, I can't play games like this without getting motion sickness, but I'm tempted to try to complete your list. I'd just have to save really frequently.
@@waterbeauty85 First: Take care of your health! Get better soon! So, I'm still trying to reach the achievements. I achieved all of them, except 7! I reached skill drops in all missions, except Flakturm. I still trying. I won't give up until I reach it!
4 is easy, just use flare landing, its much more safer than greased landing

0:48 Jesus, I feel bad for that squad leader. The last thing he ever saw was his stick being massacred. Also notice how slow Travers moves to the door, I think this was the first time he was ever *terrified* in the game. I'd be, too.

Does anyone know how to defeat the super Nazi with this massive machine gun? I've thrown grenades and used full clips on them with no effect. They have a black train on a railroad track and I know for one of your objectives your supposed to throw a grenade into the open hatch on top of the train. The Nazi just go nuts and hunt you down. This is for the Xbox 360.

I succeeded the beginner and the intermediate versions but the veteran one...
I am stuck when that guy with a machine gun comes out of the train at the end.
My pals are missing and I am fighting all alone.
Of course I am dead after 5 seconds.
Any tip to pass it?

@@davidcapalot1816 The only tip I would give is save the game juste as you get inside that rail yard and then if you die you reload that saved point.
It takes a few more seconds to do that but it might save hours of frustrations.
