You know I do wonder sometimes... who the hell at the Yugioh design team, designed the Kashtira cards and then looked at them and said "Yes, this archetype is ready to be released, this archetype will encourage back and forth gameplay while still being powerful, this archetype won't completely stop one player from being able to even play the game". Whoever that was should've been fired.
This is the biggest problem with Yu-Gi-Oh, is just bad game design, who the hell thought that being able to zone lock all of your opponent zones, was a 'fun experience' for a two player game. Kashtira is proof that the Konami design team have no clue what they are doing.
Absolutely. Ojamas zone locking has been implemented so carefully for instance and you'd still get 50% of zone locking potential as well as no interruptions.
This one feels like they said fk it, let's go all in. Tear ishizu in pure form was another example that makes you wonder wtf were they smoking, even with countless bans and limitations it still is topping... Kash isn't even full yet and is dominating already.

It's amazing how few people know that toggle off doesn't work against trigger effects - you will always be prompted for triggers.

Breaking News: Master Duel dies for the 10th time this year. In other news Light vs. Dark began, bringing players back to Master Duel to lose to Tear in that format too.
It is kinda funny that every time a broken archetype comes to Master Duel, everyone is literally saying "Master Duel is dead" and stuff.

Despite the hate, you gotta love the theme of the archetype being to use a Dyson Sphere to steal your opponent's resources (their monster and spell/trap zones) all in the name of glorious intergalactic colonialism.
Their theme and art are absolutely top tier. Too bad their gameplay is the most toxic shit ever.
If only the actual number 9: dyson sphere is as playable :(

Also, you can just hold Right click of your Mouse/Touch Pad isn't faulty. I should know since I've accidently skipped things from holding the pad too long or pressing the "wrong side".
Unfortunately, this doesn't work for trigger effects in public locations, like Chengying. Master Duel will ask for those types of effects even if you are toggled off, which is why Farfa was spamming right click to cancel the pop-up.

I get that Kash fits lorewise because it's literally making the world uninhabitable for other decks but maaaybe you just shouldn't do that in a card game? People complaining about tear, spright, or even runick looking reeeeeal stupid right now, and Kash isn't even at full power in MD yet. I will be building this deck and playing it to help accelerate the bans.

Konami needs to bomb all these tier 0 decks and fire whoever tf is writing the text for tear, spright, kash, etc. so we can get back to formats like Tribrigade or Despia in which lesser decks can actually play the game.

Spamming right click wont change anything. I'm pretty sure the game ticks in automatically everytime you get an action opportunity meaning a tick on zero time is automatically a loss.
Idk why he was spamming rather than just holding it or idk MANUALLY TURN THE CHAIN TO OFF?! Like that was on farfa, in what universe do you get dark ruler’d and not go set chain to off.

All theyd have to do is give you 1 second on your timer if youre under 5 seconds just so you can at least spam "no" if you're outta time. Or have a super toggle off where you pre-emptively say no to everything except mandatory stuff. Even still evenly matched being played would probably result in a time out

I have come to a point where I always try and make my deck fair, it's a mistake at times for sure but it can lead to fun duels and I'll take that chance over not letting the opponent plays
Just use the hold function, and toggle off. Konami does give you like a sec to stoo holding if you want to interact
I have noticed you don't need any skill to win with Kashtira. The cards are busted so it doesn't really matter what you do, you can easily build a board. At the same time you lose to the funniest stuff since the deck can't put a negate to save its life (talking about pure kashtira here, not the galaxy tomahawk version). Dark hole, raigeki, evenly matched, DRNM, imperm, and specially book of moon and book of eclipse. Also a single kaiju, lava golem, sphere mode, and its over.
Someone tell him there is an actual button that let you toggle off please...

You can change the settings to switch + hold, so all you have to do is hold right click.

Master Duel will always succeed in bringing in new players, but the meta creates a lot of quit moments for people. I could see most new players running into Kashtira for the 8th time and giving up. It’s not fun to lose to, and when you finally figure out the deck you realize it isn’t fun to play against period.

There should at least a bit of timer regeneration between instances of effect triggers.
I complained to Konami about time limit issues due to animations/forced chains since when Despia was introduced. Tried to warn them in feedbacks after Tearlaments release making the most time limit losses (despite playing fast af).
Just add 2 extra seconds each time a forced chain/animation/summon cut-in occurs, it's THAT easy!

Played a full Ghoti deck in SILVER tier ranked. That is the 3rd lowest tier, or 2nd lowest if you don't count rookie. And yesterday I got invited to a Kash/Tear combo deck duel! I lost in a single turn.

Maybe the timer only shows seconds but the code uses a standard computer clock, so there's always a fraction we don't see that, no matter how fast you click, always goes down, so of course, after a while at 0 sec, you lose

Kash to me is the same as BA is to Farfa which is Ol' Faithful. Unless the deck gets horribly murdered and completely buried, I'm gonna make do with it despite its current status.

i don't understand. i have a button in the bottom right i can click to toggle off permanently and it stops giving me prompts. do you not have that farfa? i'm pretty sure the game chooses your settings for you based on your answer to the questions when you open it the 1st time i.e. it asks "do you attend tournaments/are you a noob, do you know how to play", etc etc. if you give it the answers that make you sound like you know what's going on, it gives you all the options by default. this is why the noobs get their chains auto-ordered and can't chainblock properly.
