How long does it usually take to do one of these? It looks like it maybe only takes an hour or so, obviously there’s the magic of editing. I’m just trying to figure out if I’m just taking too much time with my rebuilds. 😂
Bob Nutting refuses to put money into the Pirates because he doesn’t wanna risk a loss of potential income. He sees spending money on players as a waste of time and money, because regardless of a competitive team, the Pirates will always make Nutting a profit. Things won’t change for this team unless Nutting sells, but he’s not doing that any time soon. Such a shame tbh, that ballpark and those fans deserve better
Do a career sim of a pitcher Jim Morris. Made his day view at 35 (after quitting baseball over a decade ago)with the rays in 1999. He only pitched 2 years in the bigs. His story is worth looking up so I won't say much more.

The Pirates have been " rebuilding" since 1992. They have become the best major league farm team. Get someone good, get him to star status, then take draft picks in a trade.
Jack Suwinski had the most home runs on the Pirates when they sent him back down to the minors. Left me scratching my head.
Should have let Mario buy the team when he offered. Need an owner that wants to win and willing to invest.

Since Manfred took over, baseball has become a joke. It’s hard to watch when 16/30 teams are not close to the playoffs. I’m okay with rebuilding but some of these teams are never going to be good again because the owner just thinks of it as a way to grow his money. (Rockies, Athletics etc)
